LEE WHave someone at the location and make sure that the equipment at this location is available for rent.
JAMES MThe location was 26 miles out of the way from the move in location. There were multiple locations inside of Albany that I could have dropped the trailer off. My 84 year old parent who rented the trailer was unaware of the situation.
Tim HCharged a cleaning fee after I left even though the trailer had been cleaned.
Robert FI had a very difficult time with the online rental and return process. I was changed for items that I did not rent, and when returning the unit, I had to call your 1-800 number. I was on the line for 25 minutes just to return the unit. The local provider could not get me checked in.
