Rachel HThe experience of acquiring and using the truck was good, one thing you should change is the fuel arrangement. When I got the truck it was on E. I filled the truck to almost half a tank, ran the truck for 38 miles. Brought the truck back with half a tank and still got charged a 8 dollar fee for going over. There's no incentive for keeping the truck filled. Big idea, if someone goes over the allowed milage but gave more gas, why not wave the fee? Its not alot but it makes the customer happier.
David MI had requested and paid for a furniture dolly, didn't receive it with the truck which was a big let-down. I had selected during "pick-up", that the dolly was NOT equipped with the vehicle, yet was still charged for it after returning the truck. Thankfully customer service issued me a refund for the missing equipment.

CHESTER SNo people there. Facility closed. Couldn't get the app to work properly. MULTIPLE phone calls made by my husband and me to customer service. My original reservations modified. The furniture dolly and pads got removed. When calling SEVERAL customer service- Got disconnected. Got sent to voicemail. Transferred to Wyoming. It was a HORRENDOUS experience. I was 1 1/2 hours behind schedule because I had to drive to another location to get my supplies. If I could give U-Haul 10 ZEROES I would!
