Everything was amazing! The owners are SUPER friendly people! We just moved to Woodlake and they made us feel right at home. The only thing I can think of, and this is just something… My cell service wasn't great at the pick-up location and I was doing after hours pick-up, so the mobile sight was a little touchy… Maybe offer WiFi somehow? But again, that isn't a knock on the location at all. It would just be an added bonus.

We unfortunately were affected by flooding and the owner of goin postal woodlake managed to arrange a truck and storage for my family. Goin Postal Woodlake and Uhaul made this unfortunate experience less stressful. We are truly grateful for that. Therefore we highly recommend both Goin Postal Woodlake and Uhaul.

Chris was really nice and helpful. We have done a lot of business over the years with uhaul. You really need to update your computer program. It would make life easier for the customer and for your employees. When we make a reservation we have already gave you all the information. Then you have to do it all over at pick up.

We were very confused with where to drop off as the 1800uhaul representative had said our trailer was already “dropped off” when it wasn’t.

I had to drive 40 miles to pick up the trailer because someone cancelled my order.

Teenagers who were dealing with old computers running slow made for long lines. Then the printers didn't work to print the contract. We had to wait so they could continue to call and get help. The whole store needs to be updated. It was horrible experience

I will never use Uhaul again because of the experience picking it up. The available location changed twice. When I went to pick it up, I waited almost an hour because the young girl behind the counter had no clue what she was doing. I didn't get the king and queen sized bed protectors I ordered. Had to pick up in Visalia when I went to pick up the appliance Dolly that was NOT included when I picked up the truck, even though I had reserved it. I never got the pack of pads I paid for, and still haven't been refunded for them. Absolutely horrible experience.

Another great customer service experience! She was extremely pleasant and professional. I had not used Uhaul for years, this rental experience was quite impressive. The rented equipment was well maintained & worked great without issues.

Truck was almost new and in great condition. Gas mileage was excellent! Staff was helpful and the one check-in worked well.

I dropped after hours so I can't rate the service. However it was a simple drop off and everything was handled perfectly without my being there. So again, great experience, stress free.
