I walked in to the counter. Several vehicles in the lot. Attendant said they were all reserved. I walked outside, went on the app and reserved one. Attendant didn't even apologize for being lazy or incompetent or both. My son saw this and asked what kind of people do that.PAUL R.

The folks at Goin Postal were amazing and very informative. The truck was located in a secure area at a different location and the owners of that location closed prior to 6 (their advertised time) and the Goin Postal folks had to come down to get the truck unlocked. They were great!!Carol L.

The women that assisted us was rude and not very helpful. She had a really bad attitude.EILEEN S.
truck smelled like shit and like someone used the truck to carry manure and didnt get washed out. The truck was in poor shape and doors barely unlock/lock. I was told if I returned it the next day before closing time I will not be charged more but instead of spending 40 $-50 $i was charged twice that for being under the miles 50 vs the 49 i actually put on the truck. Your Fucking app didnt work and thats probably why I was charged over 100 $. Will never use your services again. fuck you guys,CHAU T.

The reservation expired an hour after my scheduled time AFTER I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE IN UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE DAYS AGO THAT TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD NOT EXPIRE THAT QUICKLY. I had to have a friend drive me to UHAUL and unfortunately we got there an hour late. Thank goodness the location was open. However, the employee told me they would be open until 4 pm.p but they closed at 2pm and I had to complete the truck return process myself. At that location cell phone service is horrible and it took forever to upload photos.Michael G.

I booked at this location and had to go down the street to some other business to pick truck up. The inside was muddy and not clean or wiped down especially with the COVID situation. The drive door was dented and would not shut at all and did not know it wouldn't shut all way till I drove off. The staff at this business was not friendly and the girl Kristen said they only take pictures and send to uhaul and they dont clean or do anything with the truck but could not provide me mileage used or everything was checked out and okay. So horrible experience, Would never recommend.richelle M.

because I decided to not concern myself about being charged 7 $for a dolly that I never received, I just about break my back loading furniture without one, and then ended up being charged an addtl 75 $for not returning a dolly I never received in the first place. Had no idea uhaul was going to charge that against my card, so now my account overdrafts and charges me an addtl 50 $in fees. So now I have paid 132 $for equipment that I never even received much less use. Way to go uhaul, really appreciate it.Laura H.

Let customers know that certain size trucks will not be available at this location and you will be rerouted to another pickup location. Also they could improve on being available to answer the phone.Chassidi D.
When I'm expected to return the rental with a full tank of gas, please don't give it to me when it's only 3/4 full.Gregory G.
When you arrive at the location. They send you up the street to a muddy field. Other trucks blocking what you need to get to. No instructions given about a second text you need to complete before driving of the lot. When you finally see the text the link is expired and you spend over 20 minutes in queue waiting for someone to pick up your call. The inside of the truck was filthy. With COVID 19 going around you think they would wipe things down. I did have some wipes with me and managed to get most surfaces clean. I rented a Penske truck four months ago and the experience was so much better.Sharlene L.

I rented from the main UHaul location in Plano for a reason and my experience with them was very good. I expected to pick up my rental trailer from the Plano location, however, I was sent to the Frisco Goin' Postal location. This is a postal business that rents some UHaul equipment and they are not allowed to keep equipment on-site. So, not only did I have to go to a different location than Plano but after I checked in at Goin' Postal I had to drive to a flooring company to find the trailer. It was very confusing and no one really helped me. I waited quite a long time and then I was rushed to drive behind the building on rocky, unpaved lot with junk everywhere. Then, I get the oldest 4x8 trailer I've ever seen, covered in rust - it get's hooked up to my car without a single description, instruction, nothing. Luckily I watched videos and educated myself because this was the first time I ever pulled a trailer. I checked it when I got home because it was not checked with me at the lot. Important pieces looked newer and everything seemed to work, however, it was filthy inside and out. Inside was covered top to bottom with dirt - easily seen to the eye because there was so much actual dirt - like potted plants and trees were moved in it before. So, at 9pm at night I'm hosing out this trailer so that the next morning I can load it and leave for my trip on-time. The return was as bad because I called UHaul direct and the Goin Postal store's number to find out where to return it and no answer. After 10 tries I drove over to Goin' Postal and they ran outside to tell me I couldn't leave the trailer there and had to return it to some completely new place - some other retail store in Frisco. I told them I would return it to the Plano UHaul location - which I did - and they were great. Overall - the experience was very disappointing - because of Goin' Postal but - as I mentioned - I went direct to the main UHaul in Plano, had the hitch installed and rented the trailer - just so that I would not have issues with poor service.Kellie C.

Horrible service and never had such a terrible experience with U-haul. Not only did we have to drive to a separate location than listed above to pick up our uhaul trailer, but they were unprepared and had the trailer in a back lot, stuck in mud, and we were unable to pull up and hook it on to our truck due to the amount of mud and our huge 4WD truck even almost got stuck. They had to use a special truck and took multiple tries to get the Uhaul out of the mud, and once out of the mud, they had to clean it all off and had no urgency in doing all of this, even though we were scheduled to get it at 10- we did not leave the lot until 10:45 and were late for our movers. Very unorganized, unprepared, unprofessional, and on top of that it was sketchy location- I would not have felt safe if my fiance was not with me. Uhaul should have been sitting in the lot at the "goin postal" place ready for us to pick up instead of going through the ordeal we did. Makes me question U-hauls selection of locations they associate with.ALYSSA P.
