Amazing people with great customer service
BRYAN S.The question above was the equipment clean. The truck was very dirty but we just needed to go pick up a big load so when we got gas we cleaned all the windows. We would definitely pick this location again though. Great people to work with.

Naomi P.The self checkout system has kinks. Needing multiple layers of verification without warning is a pain in the ass. You already had my DL number and credit card but need my passport or a rental agreement on top of that? This cost me an hour off the rental time. You can't automate customer service and expect return customers.

Bryon H.I was very upset on how my original location was switched after I already had a confirmation in Buckeye. This caused issues for me and at the location that I was switched too. I was two hour late and had to pay for a ride sharing all to be drop off and picked up at..which was unplanned for...very disappointed with this whole process

So I walked outside to ask her for help, he barged past me and told his wife “can you help her before she goes nuts and throws a fit.†I said nothing to the man and had a person with me today was appalled at his behavior as well. Again the woman that helped me was very nice and apologetic for him. I was told the credit for the two dolly's that were missing would be on my receipt, upon reviewing my receipt this morning that was not noted to be on there.

Marcela W.This was our 3rd time moving using u haul and I will not be coming back. I had scheduled my move weeks in advance and 5 days before the move I get an email saying the move date was moved to 4 weeks after the scheduled date. I called freaking out, and the traffic department said they would call me back 2 days prior to the move to confirm the location of the truck. This call never happened. I had to call myself to find out where I was picking up the truck, which happened to be 7 miles further away than the selected location, costing me at least an additional $14 in mile cost. When trying to check in, the website was horridly slow, no one was answering from customer service line after sitting on hold for over 20 minutes. This was just overall a very poor effort at customer service by Uhaul and as mentioned earlier, I will not be using u haul to move again after this fiasco
