Brian NOur whole experience with uhaul was a mess. The pick up site put us two hours away as we found out the day before our site did not have a van available. This added considerable time even though we called the first location to reserve to weeks prior. No refund from the extra gas we put on just extra miles granted.

CHERYL MThe only thing I would say is I'm rather short and the seat belt on the drivers side was digging into my neck for the 13 hour trip. It actually rubbed so hard that I have a sore on my neck. My suggestion would be to get the strap cover that is padded and you can move it to where it's uncomfortable on your body. Merci.

Jeff JAt time of pick-up, order was changed to remove insurance despite what was requested. Rushed to obtain the retail and rushed out the door. At time of drop-off, nobody was in the office despite being listed within open times and being informed at time of pick-up that someone would be present. Attempted to contact on call number which was posted. At time of writing this review, it has been nearly 24 hours with no return call. This required me to download and complete the check with the U-Haul app or I would have needed to pay an additional $20.
