The truck had a malfunctioning solenoid starting motor, we were ultimately able to complete our task. In addition, the transmission was slipping so badly that there were times I could not get it to go above 40mph even when empty. It could not even handle the low low incline grades found within Bemidji. I am renting a 15-footer this weekend again, and I sincerely hope this one works properly. I do not want the old one (Truck DC 2763 F with license plate AE 82216) The person handling the transaction was great!

John HYes somewhat I would recommend this site. I had to drive to location to pay and sign contract. I rented this for my niece's move and my brother was driving. Had to take time off from work to do it and drive 1 1/2 hours one way to take care of it. I think all could have been handled online this day and she. Needed me there because it was my card. It was inconvenient.

Wayne CWe were told this location would be open until 3 p.m. on Saturday 12/23 - when we got there at approx 1 p.m. it was closed (we put keys in lockbox) - We were charged for extra mileage (not ethical in my opinion!) - We would not have had the extra mileage if things would have gone as planned (drop off in Park Rapids) - If I knew we were not able to drop off in Park Rapids I likely would have not chosen to use UHaul - So I am the one who had to pay extra?? It really does not make sense to me (we returned the vehicle early)...I was also charged a $25 cleaning fee - If someone would have been at the drop off location - I would have gladly used a broom or something to sweep out the back (??) - Instead, I am penalized with a "cleaning fee" - The whole experience (outside of the vehicle itself) was rather disappointing.
Lori OVery friendly staff, did a great job at explaining the process and working through our inexperience with uhauls. Truck was a little dirty on the floor in the cab, but nothing unreasonable, and we could take pictures to document that we got it that way. The box wad immaculate and the truck was full of fuel and ran well/had low miles.

April OI could not be more pleased with the lady at the Bemidji, MN, location. She was bright, personable, and helpful. She made it easy to drop-off the box trailer. 5 of 5 stars!
virgina fI got there, at 4:30, there was no one there, and no way to do the drop off via remote. They charged me an extra day. They were not clear on their hours of operation. They were not helpful via their phone service.

Hunter BYour electronic checkin is a fail. Verified my location, sent pic of odometer reading, hit continue and.... nothing. Hit continue 3 more times with same result before the whole mess disappeared. Took 2 more days before the charges were FINALLY emailed to me today. Made 2 additional stops Friday the 24th, and Saturday the 25 to try to find out what was going on, but nobody was there. Make your own hours , I guess.
Clinton SI paid for a dolly, not in the truck. I also paid for a furniture dolly, not in the truck. Either of these items that I paid for would have made my move easier had they been in there.
