Walked in attendant eating and was just told I would get a receipt. Well I did but not before asking the following day.

The truck kept stalling, shedding off at the stop signs. I could not complete my full use. I am so disappointed then I was charged 100 and some dollars for something that I couldn't get for use on it. I called roadside service twice, but I was angry end up getting wet in the rain. I'm home with a cold and then you charge me 100 and something now where I got no use out of a truck. I was afraid to drive it to go back and get the rest of my stuff. No, I am so dissatisfied. No, I would not recommend anybody, I have used U-Haul before and I never had this problem. I have the battery and I took it back at the shop and they see that the problem I had with U-Haul battery power and you charge me 100 and some dollars. That's not great when I couldn't get full use of the truck , I am one customer that is very dissatisfied and I'm gonna call Better Business Bureau and the corporate office. Just I couldn't do it yesterday because I'm sick from getting wet rain because that truck kept stalling soaking wet. My husband kept stalling on us. My phone number is 321-663-9235. Very satisfied not only did you take my money for a service that wasn't complete but me and my husband both end up with a cold because of that truck kept stalling, look at my calls that I kept calling U-Haul and roadside service. They wanted to come but at this time I'm so mad and so angry and so wet that when I got back to my house, I couldn't even leave to go back and get my other stuff because we got soaking wet in my front yard and when I got up and took it back the next day, I didn't even move that truck because I was afraid of it. No, I want my money back or discount. Did I pay $100 for that day? They overcharge me

The manager made me sign that the truck was clean without allowing me to inspect it. The windshield wiper on the passenger side was almost completely torn off the arm, the wiper fluid would not come out so I could clean the windshield so it required me to have to stop several times to clean it at a gas station. This added extra time to my trip. The headlights were barely working you could not see more than a foot in front of the truck again making the trip harder than needed. Pick up was over 30 miles outside of where I requested pick up and the manager would only add 10 miles. Very dirty office, no moving supplies to purchase and we needed a few items, kids and dog in the office. Manager was not really dressed professionally. Would not recommend this location for U-Haul or storage needs

Called multiple times during office hours and call went to voicemail all but one time. Office is not clean and well organized. When I spoke to someone they were helpful. Parking area is very small. In my opinion, not a good location for a UHaul business.

This is not the drop off location I picked and not the drop off location listed on my reservation. Was still told to return it to this location to avoid a wrong drop fee.

The lack of rodent and bug control was non-existent. We had to dispose of over $1 000 in clothing that had been chewed up and pooped and peed on by mice. Many keepsakes were infested by huge cockroaches and had to be thrown away. I have documented most of the damages.

First truck I rented was a 15', when I tried to pull out I realized it had brake problems and the oil light was on. Oil pressure gauge was bottomed out. The young woman resolved the issue Johnny On The Spot. She upgraded me to a 26' at no extra charge. A++ on her customer service.

The "attic" leaked and ruined several boxes. While I understand and appreciate the location didn't have anything to do with the U-haul truck itself, the customer service number for u-haul was a terrible experience and there was no remorse.

Angie, our CSR, was a delight! She was informative, very helpful and stayed in touch with updates about our truck being available before our move date. She assisted with the pre-trip inspection & waved good-bye as we drove away.

Poor service. Truck was 30+ minutes late. Our Uhaul hired help did not show up. We were stuck forced to dangerously self move huge and heavy items as a result. Will not return to this Uhaul location and avoid Roy's Moving Co.

Truck had dog hair under, around and between the seats. Smelled strongly of dog and cigarette smoke. I got a head ache riding around with the windows down. Other than that, location was accessable and I had no issues. Just please clean trucks between uses.

The storage facility was great for the time we needed it. We rented an outside non climate controlled unit and it worked out well for us. The online payment system was extremely easy and very user friendly. We would rent a storage unit from them again, should the need arise in the future.

It was hard to get to where we could park the trailer. I was also not informed I was supposed to check in when we dropped it off.

It vibrated. Did not like speeds over 65. Did not handle rain well. Both cabin doors only closed when slammed. There was a lack but no key for it. Only a radio option. No CD. No Bluetooth. No satellite radio. Renting and returning was good, easy and fine. Driving was an ordeal. 7 hours became 8,5 hours due to rain, traffic and a difficult truck.

I went to the storage unit and it looked immaculate. I had not been to the unit in a few months, but when I went to check it out, there were mice droppings all over the floor by my boxes. I started moving my stuff out that day, that was Thursday. I went back to get the remainder of my stuff on Saturday and the air-conditioning was not working. I pay for climate controlled for a reason. I understand that mice can get into anything; but I am not sure that the pest control is properly managed. I also understand that air conditioning units do go down. Temperature should be somehow monitored. People have stuff in there that needs to be climate controlled; that is what we pay for. Some stuff is priceless and could get ruined if not in the right climate. I am sorry, I would not recommend this storage company and maybe they are all like this; no more storage for me!

The staff and facility is great. I had a storage unit for over 4 years and never had a single issue. The buildings are well maintained and security is great. Even with all of the storms and hurricanes never a water leak.

I was very satisfied with the facility. Always clean and usually easily accessible. The first month was free on a promotion so I didn't qualify for a prorated last month. I will recommended again.

First, my rate continued to increase. When we got out unit it was $50 per month. By the time I closed it, the rate was $70 per month. Secondly, there were rats. All of my personal items were damaged.
