Was very good to work with. I was an hour late getting there. Which I am supposed to be getting a refund. Overall experience was great service from the people I actually dealt with. But as uhaul overall, next time I will just buy a trailer and sell it when get to destination. Was not worth the hassle of renting one from uhaul.

Trailer had no blinkers or brake lights. Tires on trailer were flat.

The app is absolute garbage. I struggled getting logged in for almost 30 minutes. I had to exit out of the app and restart it 3 times before it would work. If I have to use the app to do anymore rentals with uhaul then I'm sorry to say this was my last time using you all.

Better rental system. Unless you reserve and check out online, the process is extremely long unless at an actual uhaul location

The trailer had a flat tire when I showed up. The gentleman was very courteous. However, they did not have an air compressor on site. Luckily, it wasn't a long haul trip and I was close enough to the house to be able to add some air. I took the insurance purely due to the condition of the trailer when I picked it up.

I was over charged. Customer service misrepresented charges and told me to call in if I needed extra time and there would be no charge.
