Trailer had no blinkers or brake lights. Tires on trailer were flat.
Renee MThe app is absolute garbage. I struggled getting logged in for almost 30 minutes. I had to exit out of the app and restart it 3 times before it would work. If I have to use the app to do anymore rentals with uhaul then I'm sorry to say this was my last time using you all.

Cassie RThe trailer had a flat tire when I showed up. The gentleman was very courteous. However, they did not have an air compressor on site. Luckily, it wasn't a long haul trip and I was close enough to the house to be able to add some air. I took the insurance purely due to the condition of the trailer when I picked it up.
