U-haul staff representative on Goldstream Ave. was cheerful, honest, extremely helpful, accommodating and informative. I was given some valuable tips for a safe and economical trip. I was able to pick up and drop off the truck at the same location, which was not only time saving, but also super convenient. I was given help to set up and organize the rental agreement, saving me added costs. I will definitely recommend this U-Haul location and am appreciative of all the help I received to make this moving experience a happy one.

There was only a quarter tank of gas in the tank. We were told we only had to return it with the same, unfortunately most customers have no idea how much gas to put in the tank for a return trip. I put a full tank in the truck which cost me 200 dollars and returned it with half a tank in the truck which should equal 50 extra I paid. This is a terrible way of doing buisiness. The truck should have had a full tank And returned the same. I also had to wait for 45 minutes to get the truck as there were three customers in front of me at 9:30 in the morning and only one person signing it out. I could have been told that and I would have shown up later. My reservation was for 9:30 not 10:15. I won't be using UHaul again if this way of doing buisiness doesn't change.

Horrible location.....agent regularly stopped helping me so that he could ring in other peoples fast food items. TEACH AGENT HOW TO PROPERLY TIE A CAR ON AUTO TRANSPORT!!!!!!!!!!! Our car almost came off on the highway!

I returned the truck with the same fuel amount of gas on gauge dashboard when I got the truck. Filled up 45CAD worth of fuel (22ltrs) for 51 miles run but I was still charged of additional 23CAD (10ltrs) on my final bill. I want to dispute the charges for fuel on my last bill. I feel frustrated on how they read the fuel gauge on my final bill ajould be close to 1/2. I want to take action on this, as I filled up the gas. I also want a phonecall from uHaul to discuss about this incident. I am really disappointed on this location. Unfair and dishonest to customers.

I was completely overcharged for the vehicle I had. I had used another large uhaul the previous weekend and traveled further than today and was charged $40 more today than with the larger truck that I drove further! I will not be using your fraudulent services again!

Very helpful proprietors both on initial hookup and return. One of the running lights was not working but I had it repaired at my destination. Rented the trailer for ten days but was only charged for eight as a result. Thank you, Mike!

There was only one employee and the wait time for pickup was long. The truck once received had the cargo space full of water as it looked just pressure washed and not dried out. When I say full of water I mean a good cm of standing water. Enough to gush out and concern motorists.

15' cube van had a "wiper scratched" windshield right in the driver's visual field. Very annoying. It needs to be replaced. Passenger side seat belt would not lock in the buckle. Both of these items are safety issues.

Location was great but when we tried to book at the other west shore location we were moved to goldstream because of availability. We didn't mind the switch but the day we needed our truck the check in had the original wrong address. This made for a very confusing adventure getting our truck. Also the truck we were assigned wasn't available in the front and the further directions on getting to the truck around back wasn't obvious. The people there were very helpful but the online check in was very disappointing.

Same as above comment. The location managers are awesome. Corporate uhaul had provided the worst customer service experience in my 30 years of doing business. Inaccurate information, outright misleading statements and abusive behaviour by the scheduling staff. Scheduling staff also makes threatening statements and outright claimed that the unit was likely to be stolen since it was late in being returned. Extremely unprofessional and bullying behaviour. I have already posted my experience widely on social media and numerous parties have already confirmed they will change moving plans based on my experience.

The gas gage was faulty because it showed Full when I rented the van but after 19 km to fill up the tank cost $34.86. It was explained to the dealer but he insisted that the situation was my responsibility because I verified the gas gauge. However the gage must have been faulty because I'm certain I did not use that much gas. The dealer was unwilling to correct the error.

Very unfriendly "help." Didn't even answer questions. I feel we were overcharged but it was clear we'd get nowhere with the person so we gave up and vowed to avoid Haul in the future. Signage was very poor in trying to locate the premises.

When I arrived to pick up the van, it wasn't returned and ready for me yet. I had to wait almost 20 minutes and I was behind my schedule. Once I returned the cargo van at night, store employee has mistakenly input additional 50kms on mileage and charged me for that. When I saw this mistake, I had to call to fix this. But they were able to make a refund immediately to my credit card.

Not sure why we still need to go through the purchasing process when we already did it on-line. Would be nice if we could just pick up the item we rented with out this step. Otherwise, why do it on-line other than reserving it. Paper work always delays the pickup process and has nothing to do with this location. It was great.

1) had to go 1 town over to pick up my truck, found this out one day before my move, so wasted an hour. 2) I reserved a utility dolly, but this location didn't have one. Had to try and make do with a huge, heavy appliance dolly, and a low, flat dolly, both of which were unusable in my move even though I had to pay for them both. 3) the next morning, went to my local u-haul, and attempted to replace the two unwanted dollies with a utility dolly. They said that because it was a one-way move, they couldn't take back the wrong ones and give me the proper dolly. I had to pay for a third dolly (!) to ensure that I had the correct equipment to unload. This was the worst u-haul experience I've had, to date.

The operator of the pickup location was excellent. My issue is with the online reservation that I made on August 19th that was canceled via email for no apparent reason. This is terrible customer service and had a snowball affect on our ferry reservations, move out with landlord, move in and stress.

Your phone customer service, especially the "Scheduling Managers" was the worst customer service experience I have frankly ever had. Truly horrendous. Only exception was 'Nicholas' who after 6,5 hours on the phone with UHaul actually solved the issue that UHaul created in the first place. I will avoid UHaul like the plague next time.

Hello when I reserved the U-Haul I pacifically asked for a truck that would be able to carry a heavy fridge the truck had no ramp and we're not able to put the fridge in so it cost me 85 bucks for nothing I had to bring it back I specifically told the guy I need a truck that could carry a fridge I'm hoping I can get reimbursed the money that I lost for not able to get my fridge because of that I had to order another vehicle A trailer I'm hoping this time it will work it shit it has a rap thank you lena Murray

Efficient courteous staff, so all good. The only downside was having to drive a lot of extra kilometers from and to this location due to no availability at the location we usually use, which is close to us. This resulted in a significant extra distance charge

No complaints about this location at all. The staff were great and very helpful. I wish I could say the same about UHAUL as a company. The amount of stress they caused me a day before my move is indescribable. Again, this location was excellent, but unfortunately I will never rent from UHAUL again as their customer service and scheduling teams were incredibly rude and unhelpful after changing my reservation less than 24 hours in advance. The next time I need to rent a truck, I will go literally anywhere else, even if it's triple the price.

One tire trailer was very low. Shared responsibility by both the employee (very, very nice and professional) and me for not doing a better walk-around. No blame here, just learning. I would definitely rent from this location again.

The pickup location was great, the reservation was quick and easy, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The cargo trailer I rented was not clean and roll top door was not adjusted properly. This did pose a safety concern which we relayed when we dropped the trailer off.
