Was told I could pay when I got there. They would not take payment, and had to call in to pay. Also, they did not do walk-around the truck with me..just gave me the keys

I would recommend at least wiping down surfaces in the truck with disinfectant between customers with COVID-19 going around. I found the inside to be pretty dirty. The windows were also pretty dirty. The blankets in the back were thrown in unfolded. I would also recommend the truck be full of gas. When we got the truck it only had a quarter of a tank of gas. I did try to call when we were using the truck and incurred some damage on the highway and had waited a very long time to speak with a customer service rep and never did get to speak to anyone until drop off because it took so long.

Moving blankets that we ordered and paid for were not provided. They referred me to the U-Haul Area Manager who I called and left a message for, but he did not return my phone call.
