Randall RThe location was closed on Sundays. Sunday was my pickup day and that fact was not disclosed when placing my reservation for pickup. The mobile pickup option did not work. I'm lucky one of the local owners happened to drive by and assist me. The U Haul reservation process does not have a location verification process to make sure what you asked for, is actually there. Again I was lucky Miss Judy stopped by to help. She was the best part of this process.

Wayne LDidn't agree with fuel surcharge calculation (we traveled 17 miles and were charged for 4+ gallons of fuel). Submitted concern to U-Haul but never received a response.

Jason CMy original location was Lindale Texas where I had a reservation. I am not sure what happened but my reservation was changed to Van, Texas - 18 miles away and delayed my pick up time an hour plus gas and mileage out of my way as I was coming from McKinney, Texas. I received the location change notification as I pulled up at the Lindale location. POOR experience! However the owner of the Van, Texas location could not have been more pleasant and accomodating. Will I use Uhaul again - probably not as I am yet to see my $50 guaranteed reservation refund as I was not able to rent from the original location that I had already reserved and paid. Notice there is it anywhere to complain about the original location. I hear this happens frequently.
Darrel WHave Goode's the ability to print. Your website did not allow them to print my contract or the return of the trailer. She tried several times but the website was not functioning properly.

David AThey Were EXCELLENT & Shocked At The Damage The My Trailer Light System… If It Even Functions Any Longer… It's Only Hanging By Part Of 1 Wire!!! They Were NOT Impressed And Encouraged Me To NOT Be Taken Advantage Of Like This.. Just As The UHaul Man (Steven) That Answered My Call, Said… My Trailer Light System Will Now Have To Be Repaired If Not Replaced!!!

Bradley SWhen picking up the guy there was rude, unhelpful. And just seemed annoyed that he had to deal with u-haul stuff. He did not represent the brand well. The lady that was there when I dropped it off was really sweet and was great to deal with.
Tyler WReservation was clearly made for turn-in at Van, Texas as indicated on this questionnaire. However on arrival for turn-in, I was told the contract was for Eastland, Texas and I was charged $50+tax to turn it in at Van.

JOSHUA LI had to go 20 miles out of my way to pick this truck up because the one I originally booked wasn't at Canton. So it cost me additional mileage. I'm fairly convinced that was on purpose so you could make more money.

nick jI would recommend this location as a pickup point not a return since Uhaul is not moving the jam packed equipment out. These are the most helpfull and nicest people to deal with but the lot is full of your trailers. This is the third time I have tried to return trailer somewhere else but after having paperwork in hand showing Athens TX I received text to drop off in Van. ARGGGGG!
Joe AThe trailer I rented was the wrong kind for the car I was going to haul. I couldnt use the trailer but she made no effort to get the right kind or to give me my money back. Wont ever go back.
