Nothing! Very good customer service, not to mention he was closed and came in just for me to rent the U-haul & was very helpful

The ramp was not on the truck. The dashboard lights were on. I was over charged and the owner did nothing about it

You may want to revisit the idea that a 5x8 trailer is big enough for a queen bed. Ours did not fit. Luckily we had another truck with us to strap it to.

Make sure that the keys are in the lock box, have the truck be cleaned and ready to be used by the next customer, and make the process of drop-off and pick up easier by having someone there to greet the customer. Cigarettes were in the driver's area, the back of the trailer was filthy, and the lock did not lock properly. Horrible experience.

Add pickup trucks to all locations

First when I ordered my uhual I ordered it from kc mart and when I got there they didn't have my truck even though you guaranteed me my reservation or you would pay me 50$. I had to get another ride share to get downtown and pick up a truck from this location the dolly I had ordered was not there and It took me an hour to wait for someone in the store to show up. I will never rent from uhual again.

Have a sign out by the street of Broadway, because you can't see where the trucks or trailers are parked

Somehow I had my reservations for the wrong day but the guy took care of that with no problem. I rented a small trailer but that size wasn't available even though it was sitting on the lot,so the guy gave me the next size up but I was charged for that trailer instead of being charged for what I reserved. If what I reserved wasn't available then I should have only been charged for what I reserved.

When a person makes a formal complaint with a uhauls customer service representative and sends pictures to back up formal complaint, it should be at least submitted to the correct department and reviewed. Mine was not submitted or reviewed. No one responded or got back in touch with me.
