Donna HThere were 2 UHaul locations closer than the one I had to choose from to return. The closest I had to choose from was remotely out in the country , causing me to go over in miles just from that alone .

Raymond HHelpful on the telephone. He made the drop off really easy. I was concerned that I wasn't given documentation on me leaving it or the fact that I had to file a claim on the rock that hit my windshield while I drove it. He said if he needed anything he would be in contact with me. So I took pictures of the miles and me with Uhaul at his location.

Denise BThe location was very remote, but employee was super nice. The cab of the truck smelled like cigarettes. The truck trailer area had been cleaned, but the cleanser wasn't washed away. It was very pasty/oily. We had to put a tarp down on the floor so none of the cleanser would get on anything. It was so slippery I nearly fell because I wasn't expecting to slide on whatever the cleanser was.

Wayne WWe were greeted by a very nice, knowledgeable, & helpful employee! My only complaint would be the availability of trucks in various locations. We originally requested a larger truck at a location closer to our home. Then, we were switched to a smaller truck at a location further away (Goods Connection). Although I was very happy with their service, it added gas/mileage to our cost. With that being said, I would still recommend Goods Connection to friends because of the good experience we had there.

PAUL SIt wasn't so much the location as it was the mobile check in. It wouldn't allow me to check in, almost an hour of my truck time was spent trying to get my check in to go through and trying to find someone to help me. It was a very poor experience.

FRANK PTruck had a dashboard light for low tire pressure. That tire was not low and light would not reset. A different tire kept loosing air. Overdue for oil change.
