The vans need to be cleaned between rentals. It was not bad, so I marked it ok when I did the check-in, but it was not really clean. Not a big deal though, and the guy that has helped us every time we rent is really nice!SAMANTHA L.

You need to get these people some help, and your virtual pick up process barely works. It took almost an hour to get the van, the dolly was not in there but I was charged for it, and then it took almost an hour to get the van returned because of "tech issues".Samantha L.

I was not able to rent through my mobile app. I received the code for the lock but wasn't able to get the lock open. It took me about an hour to talk to an agent. It was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend the mobile check in.RACHEL F.

Give the guy who works there a raise. I don't know his name but he was about 30 years old, 5 foot 8 inches (or so) and spoke with a Mexican accent (but his English was excellent). He was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick. I enjoyed working with him and everything was ready as promised. A very good guy!KENNETH M.

I am rating Uhaul only 4 stars because I had a problem with having to drive to silverthorne when there is a U-Haul place in Leadville. However that's not a reflection at all on the silverthorne location. The staff was very friendly, and it was clean, and they were very professional. So in the future I may drive down there again just because they are so nice.Jordan L.

I picked up the vehicle outside of business hours. The app required multiple additional forms of identification that I didn't have. It was very difficult and almost prevented me from renting the vehicle. I should have be warned of this requirement for additional identification.David R.

The owner here was very pleasant. Again he explained he could not even give us a partial refund on renting the Truck One way! You should also offer a smaller vehicle as we only had one item to move. This is rapping the public in our view. Consider a more fare rental price.DANIEL A.

There is very little signage to denote that this is a uhaul site. In fact, the only way one can surmise this is their location is to see the uhaul trucks in the lot next door (up the hill). In fact, the neighboring business has a sign on their front door stating that they are NOT uhaul! They are CLOSED on Sunday--a fact not known to me or communicated. There is no sign on their door with their hours--or even an open or closed status. Eventually I backed the trailer into their lot; towed the wheels and dropped the trailer from my rig--all without help or instruction.miguel Z.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. No person on site, the remote U-haul site doesn't work from the physical location of the site for some cell carriers.I sat on hold for 35 minutes 1 time and then got disconnected, I sat on hold for 65 minutes 1 time and then got disconnected. If I can avoid it I will NEVER work with U-haul again. You win the award for the worst customer experience perhaps ever.DANIEL BRIAN R.

Location was not open on Sunday. We received a call on Saturday that we needed to pick up the trailer on Saturday. I Confirmed that we would only be charged for the 24 hour period of our contracted rental term. However, on picking up the trailer, we were told that it would be charged for 48 hours, double the amount. We were referred back to U-Haul to reconcile this. I haven't had time to reconcile, but feel like this should have been taken care of either by the U-Haul representative who confirmed this on the phone or the person we picked it up from. There seems to be a lot of fingerpointing.Marie R.
