Don't try to tell customer they owe more at end of rental when everything has been prepaid. I haven't received any further emails or calls, so I am assuming that you got that issue straightened out. Technically you owe me 0,89 for using one mile less than originally estimated and paid for at the original reservation, but I'm not sweating you for .89. And I found all of your employees to be very polite and helpful. TY

The woman handling things is nice, but there's no office or anything. It took about an hour for her to arrive and get the key to me. I know she was stuck in traffic and uhaul called her to find out what was going on. She requested them giving me the lock combination to get the key for the truck so I wasn't stuck waiting but they refused to do that. Also the uhaul website doesn't say anything about cost per mile. The last time I rented a truck it didn't count miles. The $29 renal ended up being $109. I should have just gotten a truck from Lowe's for 2 hours.

I will never rent a uhaul again too expensive and the gas saver mode is a joke

I suggest only dealing with an actual U-Haul store. Worst experience ever. This is also a location in the middle of nowhere. Lucky to have one bar of service. I spent an hour trying to get approved upon arrival. Also and hour waiting on the phone with the 1-800 number. When they finally answered I had gotten my lock code. Despite my bad experience the truck drove great and was very clean.

The grass at the parking location was nearly knee high and the terrain was very rough. Also the drop off location was a good distance from where the pick up site was. I had to pass the pickup location to make it to my drop off which resulted in extra cost for myself for going over the set mileage.
