MARC HARRISThe truck was given to me with less than a quarter tank of gas. It was very dusty and dirty inside the truck, and neither of the dollies I reserved was available. I was told to go to another UHAUL location to see if they had the dollies I needed available. What I should have been instructed to do was to call 1-800-GO-UHAUL and the regional office would be able to locate and reserve the dollies for me to pick up.
SANDY CASTILLOIt was horrible. I didn't get the email with my contract then the location where I dropped the truck off called because the address in google gave me his other location and he told me to look on my contract. RUDE. Plus I took the truck back with more gas then it had when I picked it up and was still charged for gas.

Gloria ZunigaI made a reservation online via UHAUL website. However, the service to actually obtain the truck was extremely slow. Not to mention I paid for a dolly (hand truck) which was not inside or anywhere near the truck. This situation forced me to veer off to Home Depot to search for and buy a dolly for the move. Unacceptable!!! The truck was unlocked upon my inspection, that should never happen! The truck is supposed to be locked in a safe place. I had to rush the move because of this failed situation. I received alerts to return the truck by 10pm, I tried to do so which forced me to use my personal vehicle to finish the move. Dreadful!
Akil LoweWhen I rented the U-Haul. I did not have my card with me. So I had to pay in cash. The woman charged me $100 to rent the U-Haul then said if we brought it back by 6:30 that we would get a refund. I do not often rent U-Hauls. So I was not aware of ability to leave the keys in a drop box. The cashier did not make me aware of that option after hours. So out of courtesy and not wanting someone to steal the U-Haul and cause more problems I kept the keys. Wanting to return them the next morning. As I said the woman did not tell me that there was a return box or the location of it. I was busy with my move and I was trying to be considerate. Which I will never do again. Because of her not telling me about the Dropbox when I returned keys. It ended up costing me the amount of 100 and she charged me six more dollars on top of that. Which I was not prepared for in my budget. It left me with no money for food for the rest of the month. Not nice and she did not apologize at all. I would not recommend this location to . Is sincerely disappointed customer.
Heather DayMaybe doing a complete inspection and review of the truck prior to turning over the keys would add value to the experience from a safety and dent and ding inspection. We had no issues but it could be helpful.

Jessica RamirezSignage to properly identify where the U-Haul location is. Proper training for U-Haul representative. Better hours to facilitate U-Haul rental. Online charges should be approved individually.
DEBBIE MORRISIt was very difficult just to get a contract complete. Also, there was no lift equipment to actually put the trailer on my truck. it was left up to the customer to lift it (VERY heavy). Horrible experience.

Lisa Emidythe pickup address and the trailer was in different location, they called to confirm but didnt provide the right pickup location, and i have to spend another 2hrs just to pickup and stucked in the traffic. the uhaul sign not even in front of the building. i hate this place.

Andrew TeasMy only Negative comment is that I was charged for 2 days after using the trailer exactly 26 hours. I've rented several times from other location and for similar times and have only been charged for one day. For this reason, I will probably not rent for here again

Richard MercerI was given false information regarding the rental...I called and spoke to the clerk before driving the 20+ miles to get there...I asked her to price an in town drive and a one way as well. She told me they would be about the same, but that the one way didn't have a cap on the miles...she said it was virtually unlimited. Well turn out it wasn't! Super irritated that I was given false information

Michael SherwoodI called to extend my contract for the full day. unfortunately the store didn't update the system, and as a result, I was charged a late fee because they didn't update the system correctly. this is a training issue and needs to be resolved immediately before more customers are charged for NO reason!

Daniel DavisI rented a truck from this franchise twice within a couple of days and was waited upon by two different people. Both of them were extremely courteous and professional and I had zero problems with the process each time.

Jakir ReyesVery hard to back trailer in to a parking spot behind the location if you use a full sized truck. Had to jack knife the trailer to get it half way straight in a parking space.
William CurryI had put in an appointment for south mason, and when i went to pick it up they told me that they do not have it and that its on peek road. They said didn't you get a txt or email, i said i did not get anything. So I had to drive further to pick up the uhaul which added more miles to my trip. Also where I picked it up at the peek facility he said i can drop it at any location, apperently he is not well informed, cause when i tried to drop it at the katy cutt off location above clay road they said if they took there it would be 218 dls cause its not my designated drop off. So I had to put more gas and also more miles to my trip. When i essence this should of been 10-15 miles max on my trip, Since I was picking up my stuff from Avenue T and dropping it to my house. Overall i think this was pathetic service. I want a refund on some of the miles and the extra gas i had to put in.
