Great place, easy to get in and out of and staff was very helpful
Vehicle was dirty, cab and cargo area. Windshild was not clean and wipers need replaced. This seens to be common within UHAUL, I`ve rented from other locations that provide dirty vehicles.
Convenient, yet, the service was pricey. I only need the truck to pick up a few oversized household items during the day to a nearby city. But Uhaul charge extra mileages in addition to the daily charge already. Besides, The truck I rent was actually 17feet , not 20 feet as rented.
They didn't left the key for the vehicle and I have to spend over 2 hrs on the phone with a customer service representative she can not get in contact with any manager of this location so I can get the key you need to work on that because they took two hrs out of my contract stipulation time I was suppose to tent the equipment for 24hrs I only got it for 22 other than that U-Haul it's a excellent company thanks
The vehicle was loaded with dead frogs inside the cab. When I arrived, walked in and requested a 16 ft truck. Clerk, heavy set older white male said all we have are 26 footers.... you'll have to drive to Avon Park. I walked out to parking, my wife got on line and reserved a 16footer from this location. I walked back inside and advised clerk o have a reservation. When I told him I was the same man that you told me there were no 16footer he stated, I miss understood you. Total bullshit.
Easy and fast service and good service
Again it was great.
I got charged for two days instead of one like it should have been only bc i forgot to check in the trailer.
As of this time, no improvement.
Trailer should have a set of wheel chocks in case you need to disconnect trailer in route.
Always convenient to use, now with the online return feature it's easier than ever.
only comment I have has nothing to do with location but with Uhaul customer service. WHY DON't you hire some more people so customer is not on hold for 20 minutes every time they call in. My customer service experience with U haul is 1 step below terrible , before get answered. No problem with employees
I went to this location two full weeks before I needed a trailer to make a reservation. When I arrived to pick up the trailer they could not find the reservation. They had information in the computer about my vehicle, but nothing about a reservation. The owner made no apology but was able to find a trailer for me to use from his lot. When the paper work was complete he handed it to me, circled the trailer number and said it was out back somewhere and directed me to go find it. Not sure if he was the only person in the store, but he certainly didn't seem to want to help me any further. If I have further rental needs in the Bowling Green area I'll look for somewhere other than this store!
Insure equipment is in operational order instead of letting the customer go to the equipment and discover it is not operational.

Your online return after hrs is a joke !!!! After spending an hour trying to return the trailer I gave up and called you ! That was even worse!!! All she wanted to do is fix the problem and NOT HELP ME RETURN THE TRAILER !!!! I asked her to please just take my info and I can go and be done with this after an hour and half !!!!!! She said she couldn't do that only thing she can do is fix the problem wihich in a half hr she WASNT able to fix !!!!! I was missing phone calls because of her not letting me go and I just finally had it and told her this was BS and I was missing personal calls because of her behavior and I was done !!!! After being put on hold for ANOTHER 5 mins she gave me someone else that said drop the contract in the night box!!! ThAts it done !!!! I was like WTH ??? All the hassle and that's all I had to do ????? I will never call your online support again I'm done with that BS !!!! Lawrence Crowd

Have enough service people on duty when equipment is returned so a 66 year old man with a heart condition does not have to unhook, and lift a heavy trailer off his tow hitch, by himself.
I received excellent customer service from Maxie.
The young lady behind the counter was not interested in the fact that I even entered the facility. Upon giving me my paperwork to sign as I returned the unit I had to ask if she needed to inspect the unit (which she did not do), then I had to ask where to go to return the unit. I also asked if someone could help me to disconnect the trailer and her response was, "no you've got it". I was disappointed in their service.
Longer hours maybe. The people were very good with advice for us. Thanks!
Lady at desk was pretty unhelpful and made us feel stupid for not doing certain things we were never told to. Such as logging the exact number of miles and putting the key in the lock box instead of bringing it to her. She acted like we were Inconveniencing her.
The staff are so pleasant and very nice thank you for making my experience a great one.

Fully examine your trucks. We both lost property unnecessarily. To date, I have not been notified as to the status of my insurance claim.
