You had NONE of my information! It took a lot of my time to fill out info you HAD TO HAVE, prior to my rental. You said you're independent from uhaul. This caused me to repeat my info. You charged ( held on my credit card 2days). I returned my trailer before 24 hours and have yet to see my charges! You had NO air on in the store ( in Florida, really!) You saw me sweating severely and did/said nothing, except, â€œsure you can wait outside while I finish this. I'll come get you.â€ POOR customer service, helping others who came in AFTER me making me wait even longer!! NO, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS U-HAUL STATION. Definitely drive further for a rental. I promise it has to be better!!NONA M.

The truck broke down 2 times before we were offered a new truck. It cost us an extra day to get to our destination. It caused us an extra night at a motel and it cost me and my husband to have to take a day off of work unpaid because of getting back a day late. We were stuck on the side of the interstate for an hour trying to get the truck started. When it started we went to the very next exit to stop for the night because it was too dangerous to keep driving it and the only motel was not in a good place. I lost sleep all night because the other guests at the motel were drinking and blasting music all night on the walkway outside our room. I was offered reimbursement for one night at a motel and for having to transfer our stuff in the truck but no offer to refund at least part of the cost of the truck and trailer rental. I will not use uhaul again. There are too many other companies to choose from. The first time it broke down we should have been offered a new truck. The roadside assistance guy that came for the second breakdown informed us that the truck had a history of breaking down and that we were the third people to have problems with it.Robert B.

Customer service was horrible. After renting the truck early in the morning, we had no idea that the a/c didn't work until about 50 miles later. It was about 95 degrees outside. When we returned the truck, we asked if we could get some credit or something due to driving 160 miles burning up in this truck. The girl just replied with you should have called us and we would have given you another truck but we will not give you any credit. I explained we didn't realize it had no air until we was almost an hour away and she basically just told me that's your problem not mine. I have rented uhaul several times before, but this will be my last time.SHERRI P.

Vehicle was dirty, cab and cargo area. Windshild was not clean and wipers need replaced. This seens to be common within UHAUL, I`ve rented from other locations that provide dirty vehicles.Russell V.
Convenient, yet, the service was pricey. I only need the truck to pick up a few oversized household items during the day to a nearby city. But Uhaul charge extra mileages in addition to the daily charge already. Besides, The truck I rent was actually 17feet , not 20 feet as rented.Hai H.

They didn't left the key for the vehicle and I have to spend over 2 hrs on the phone with a customer service representative she can not get in contact with any manager of this location so I can get the key you need to work on that because they took two hrs out of my contract stipulation time I was suppose to tent the equipment for 24hrs I only got it for 22 other than that U-Haul it's a excellent company thanksJavier R.

The vehicle was loaded with dead frogs inside the cab. When I arrived, walked in and requested a 16 ft truck. Clerk, heavy set older white male said all we have are 26 footers.... you'll have to drive to Avon Park. I walked out to parking, my wife got on line and reserved a 16footer from this location. I walked back inside and advised clerk o have a reservation. When I told him I was the same man that you told me there were no 16footer he stated, I miss understood you. Total bullshit.DENNIS R.

only comment I have has nothing to do with location but with Uhaul customer service. WHY DON't you hire some more people so customer is not on hold for 20 minutes every time they call in. My customer service experience with U haul is 1 step below terrible , before get answered. No problem with employeesPeter B.

I went to this location two full weeks before I needed a trailer to make a reservation. When I arrived to pick up the trailer they could not find the reservation. They had information in the computer about my vehicle, but nothing about a reservation. The owner made no apology but was able to find a trailer for me to use from his lot. When the paper work was complete he handed it to me, circled the trailer number and said it was out back somewhere and directed me to go find it. Not sure if he was the only person in the store, but he certainly didn't seem to want to help me any further. If I have further rental needs in the Bowling Green area I'll look for somewhere other than this store!frederick G.

Your online return after hrs is a joke !!!! After spending an hour trying to return the trailer I gave up and called you ! That was even worse!!! All she wanted to do is fix the problem and NOT HELP ME RETURN THE TRAILER !!!! I asked her to please just take my info and I can go and be done with this after an hour and half !!!!!! She said she couldn't do that only thing she can do is fix the problem wihich in a half hr she WASNT able to fix !!!!! I was missing phone calls because of her not letting me go and I just finally had it and told her this was BS and I was missing personal calls because of her behavior and I was done !!!! After being put on hold for ANOTHER 5 mins she gave me someone else that said drop the contract in the night box!!! ThAts it done !!!! I was like WTH ??? Have enough service people on duty when equipment is returned so a 66 year old man with a heart condition does not have to unhook, and lift a heavy trailer off his tow hitch, by himself.Christopher F.

The young lady behind the counter was not interested in the fact that I even entered the facility. Upon giving me my paperwork to sign as I returned the unit I had to ask if she needed to inspect the unit (which she did not do), then I had to ask where to go to return the unit. I also asked if someone could help me to disconnect the trailer and her response was, "no you've got it". I was disappointed in their service.Tom H.

Lady at desk was pretty unhelpful and made us feel stupid for not doing certain things we were never told to. Such as logging the exact number of miles and putting the key in the lock box instead of bringing it to her. She acted like we were Inconveniencing her.Austin K.
