I was charged WAY MORE THAN I WAS TOLD!!! And then we were only given 6 hours When I was clearly NEVER ASKED BUT I made it clear I needed at least 24 hours. What if I was moving far away .... They were RUDE AF AND I almost walked out several times

One older lady at the counter of a convenience store. First response when I asked about my rental was "My computer is down, can't help you". And this was NOT the place i selected to pickup my rental. So I was already redirected once. But after a phone call she got someone on the line to help me.

2 uhauls rented in past 2 weeks... the uhaul app has NOT worked either time for the return and I needed to modify my reservation this time and the app wouldn't work for the change either.

The clerk at the register took my keys and said I was done before I could take interior pics for my online checkout. It was just a little confusing to me. But other than that, everything went smoothly

The person at the counter was very rude. When it came time to pay he said "Give me your card." Also, the cab of the truck was very dirty and smelled like Marijuana.

Rented a dolly, wasn't available. Tried to call multiple times with no answer and being disconnected.

One Clerk was also running the gas station and mini mart while attempting to rent uhaul vehicles. The service was slow with many interruptions.

This is the second time that I've dropped off at this location and the staff at the gas station know little to nothing about the check in process and both times have had to call their "u-haul rep" and couldn't reach him. I had to call the 800 number. However, the person who answered there said that U-Haul was experiencing technical difficulties so I will give them a slight break but … twice?

Uhaul was dirty had to clean it out before using it.there was cigarette ashes everywhere in the front of the cab and weeds in the back still cost me alot for a day and 2hours I took pictures of it but didn’t seem to matter was very disappointed will not use again

I've rented trucks from this location several times. The service and the process has always been quick, efficient, and easy. The trucks have always been clean. But on the occasion, the cab of the truck appeared ok but upon further review, the compartments in the doors were full of trash, opened bags of trash, dirty napkins. While the location should maintain the cleanliness of the truck, people that rent these trucks should clean up their mess before returning it.

THE TRUCK WAS DIRTY IN THE CAB AND WAS VERY LOUD LIKE IT HAD A HOLE INTHE MUFFLER AND THE FRONT END SHOOK REALYY BAD WHWN DRIVUNG OVER 45 MPH.

Equipment was clean but there were some problems with the truck the way it ran and the check engine light was on

The lady that was running the register was not a friendly person at all. She seems to not want to be at work and just a very rude person. When I asked for a dolly for my rental, I was told in a way that she didn't want to go check.

Safe location. Employee assisting with pickup and employee assisting with return were friendly, helpful, and professional. I had read other reviews that said pickup could take some time depending on how busy the station was so thankfully we allowed plenty of time as it did take a bit due to that very reason. Otherwise the whole process went pleasantly well.

This location was a bit out of the way so doubt I'll recommend it to friends. Equipment was fine however, they had limited extras.

After a change of plans because a truck was not available where I had scheduled to pick it up, Uhaul worked with me to make things right. All worked perfectly for our move.

I am very dissatisfied with the service the overall service in the explanations of stuff and I rented a truck for one day not even no just for part of the day I said I didn't even need it for 4 hours and he said okay so it'll be 1995 I said how many miles is it to your destination and I said it's 17 so 17 there 17 coming back that's 34 miles I said but I have to go pick up my belongings I got to go pick up my boyfriend to help move it and so I think I used 52 miles and I dropped it off when I was done and the place was closed so I put my keys in that said U-Haul drop off box and so when I was looking to see if I got my $50 deposit fee and stuff back I did not however I got charged 1995 I got charged for the mileage I then I put above the amount of gas that was in there before I received it I put more than what was in there when I picked it up and now they're charging me another $25,77 for a total of like $86 and some change you might as well say $87 this is crazy I'm just I'm really aggravated I will never rent a truck from you guys again whenever you always hidden costs and oh then it says after the fact that if you dropped off after hours that you get charged at $20 fee for doing that nothing was said about that I'm just very dissatisfied I think it's wrong the way you guys are doing in your business but that's my opinion I'm entitled to it highest hope other people don't get jerked over as bad as I did.

Customer service was great upon receiving the U-Haul it was dirty when I got back she asked me if I cleaned it I told her I left it just like it was I put the gas gauge back where she had wanted me to and upon return she told me she was going to charge me extra money for not filling it overall the U-Haul was great.

It was so quick to set up the reservation and the details I worked with two people one in the morning and I when I returned the truck. Very easy to bring back the truck and refill gas tank right there on premises. Will definitely use again.

Did have to upgrade my rental since the original truck had a mechanical issue. The sales agent assisted me and took care of the problem. They were friendly and professional and I highly recommend them.

Best part he loaned me an appliance dolly. Headlights out of focus, windshield dirty, windshield washer fluid bone dry.

The vehicle was clean and ready to go. The departing agent was courteous and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone else. The vehicle had two minor issues and that was front wheels needed balanced and it pulled to the right pretty hard around 50 MPH indicating an alignment was needed. This was not a huge issue for me and I did pass it along to the receiving agent. The trip went well and the truck ran perfect. The only other minor detail was that I had to pick up the vehicle more than 20 miles from the house and this put me over the allotted milage for the trip. Again not a huge deal and they took care of me at the drop off location. Thank you and I will rent from U-hall again.

They didn't have a furniture dolly or any pads to rent. I reserved online but this place didn't have any to give me.

I wanted to pick up my truck early. I knew it was available because I had seen it on the lot the night before. I went in an hour early to pick up the truck. It was on the lot as were several other trucks. The clerk told me she could not rent any of the trucks because the owner had come in earlier and taken the laptop used for rentals off the premises. She was unable to check my reservation or take any new reservations until he returned with the laptop. She had told him that I was coming at noon for my rental. He gave no indication when he would return. I left and returned at noon. The owner had not yet returned with the laptop. The clerk called him and he said he was on his way. After waiting 15 minutes past my reserved time I told the clerk I was going to have to leave and go get a truck somewhere else because I was on a tight schedule. She called him again and he said he would be there shortly. I waited a few more minutes. He finally arrived approximately 25 minutes after my reserved time. When he walked in the door he did not acknowledge me, he did not apologize to me or the clerk he just sat the laptop on the counter and went about his business. I wondered how often this happens and how often rental customers go elsewhere because the computer is offsite. It does not seem to be a very efficient way to run a truck rental business. I found the owner's behavior to be very rude and unprofessional. I will not rent from this location ever again.

Not charge so much if we go over the miles. I paid $119 today for a '15 foot truck. It was handy, it was clean. When I returned it??? I had to pay an extra $20 for 11 miles extra.....really?????? Overall, I would recommend U-Haul to my family & friends.

was easy to rent, the trailer was very clean and well maintained
