The truck we rented had a very small amount of food on the floor and in at least one of the compartments in the csb. Which we didn't mund because we were initially only going to have the truck for a few hours. The inside of the box was wet with an unknown substance. We had to use some of our own cleaning supplies to make sure our stuff was not sitting in something bad. The people at Graverts and the GM for this arra took careof us. In spite of the inconvenience, the service they provided kept us ss a customer and I will recommend this location to others.

There was no one there, I had to everything online. I drove down the road and the gas light came on. So not only did I have to put gas in the ALREADY WAY TOO EXPENSIVE TRUCK I got charged for not returning it at the same level.

We made a telephone reservation and this was not the location we desired for pick up. Uhaul called us the day prior and changed our location pick up to a location that was out of our way. This added time and mileage to our move.

truck was never cleaned before I picked it up, even last cust. receipt was left in vehicle, would not give me an instore receipt. I returned it in the condition I received it in. I only hauled a recliner chair and small dresser and had the gull to charge me 25 clean up fee.They charge the fee and do not clean the fee. I am callind the last customer

I was told I needed to drop off my rental truck by 10 AM when I had rented it for 2 days. When returning the truck I was told by the employee I was good to go. Then I receive an invoice by email that had several upcharges. I spoke with customer service with zero regards for any of the inconveniences U-Haul created. I use U-Haul frequently, but that may come to an end now.

the equipment was not swept out,
the pads I rented smelled of deisel fuel
to exit the facility i turned left out fo the parking lot and then tried to turn left on to the street which was very very tight - the facility shuold warn people

The call center isn't very friendly and had my reservation all messed up. I called for a 1 way 10 ft moving truck to b picked up in Davenport, Ia and dropped off in coralville, Ia and when I arrived to p/u truck I was told the truck had to b brought back to Davenport same day and to get the truck I needed I would have to go to a different location. Communication is very important

This is a terrible choice for a U-Haul location. The equipment is located in an extremely crowded space in an alley. Extended cab trucks are almost impossible to hook up to a trailer and it takes multiple attempts to get a trailer out of it's parking space without damaging other equipment.
