Fix your U-Hauls before giving to new customers, our fuel pump went out 2 hours into the trip and could've caused serious danger. We were stranded for 5 hours before getting a new U-Haul.

Adam LThe driver's cab of the vehicle was disgusting. Obviously hasn't been cleaned in a while. Uncomfortable to be in. The driver's rear tire was low on air, the indicator light was on. The truck felt like germ-city and made me concerned that the vehicle wasn't maintained and that there could be safety issues. But the staff were friendly and the transactions were smooth and easy.

Elizabeth BVehicle was dirty, smelled of smoke, and had oil in the back of the truck. The staff stated that this particular vehicle has a history of problems "everyone who rents it has issues". When I asked why they would have given me such a vehicle, I was told they are busy, and U-Haul is not taking care of the fleet. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable rental experience.

Jack KFrustrating that we were not offered locations closer to our starting point and ending point. There was a drop off under 2 miles away from ending point and we were offered something 15 miles away. We had to call and ask for the closer one.

gary kUhaul had trash and ashes in it upon pick up and there was nearly no gas in it at all, could barely make it to the nearest gas station. Paid for a dolly as well and there was not one in the truck.

BRIAN EFix the huge pot hole (3-4 feet in diameter about a foot deep) in the drive to get into the lot
Elizabeth WWhoever you got working there is totally illiterate with computers I got the van at 5:00 and had to drop it off at 1:00 they kept saying your computers were down and I went to Covington to get another one and then they called me and said it was ready I don't know it it was just a piss poor excuse my language

ralph hTruck had gas for 34 miles, thankfully a gas station is nearby. As I am driving to my home I hear something rattling around in back. It was a hand truck unsecured on the floor, additionally there were 4 packing blankets tossed in the back. I did NOT rent any additional equipment. Returned the truck after hours - the lot needs some lighting for safety. Thanks. Ken

peggy sWhen I arrived at the first location (Safe Ship NKY), I was given keys to the wrong truck. Took a little bit of time to figure out and it also took time to get assistance. When I got to the second location in Southgate, the mileage on my truck was 200+ more than the app had listed (I took pictures and video) and I was charged for that. That is a significant amount of money.

RARJOT KFirst, the pickup we rented never arrived back from the previous renter!! So, when we arrived, there was nothing for us. A couple hours later, we were able to rent a cargo van. The woman in charge was terrific and did her very best to accommodate us. It was a bad situation for her…

Sherry FI can literally think of absolutely nothing that needs improvement at this U-Haul location. Gray equipment. Excellent service. 5 out of 5 stars..... I've already told other people about it and I'm going to continue to tell other people about it. I would never go anywhere else to rent a U-Haul.
Ellen BThe code for the initial key compartment did not work (tried multiple times to input code). There was nobody on site for assistance during stated operating hours, so I had to contact the general customer service number in order to get a replacement key compartment. While the customer service representative was able to help, it was highly inconvenient and frustrating that there was not a representative on site during the stated operating hours. Additionally, there is a large pothole at the entrance that needs to be repaired.

Michael AMy reservation was wrong from the start so I had to be on the phone for an hour to straighten that out. I then arrived at the moving location to find out that we were not provided the key to the padlock. The padlock was locked on the truck so I had to drive 30 miles out of our way to and from a facility to have an employee unlock it with the universal lock. I was then charged extra for the miles I had to drive to fix a problem that wasn't my fault. I am disappointed with the service and will look to find it elsewhere
