The truck would not start and took several attempts to turn over. I ordered a furniture dolly and they didn't have any. They didn't charge for the utility dollies, which was good because we couldn't use it to move what we were moving.
This location for some reason has no dollies, If I would have known this from the start I would not have not rented here based on that alone. I NEEDED dollies, expected them yet they have no dollies
The truck was in good shape, but windshield was dirty. The sun's glare made it difficult to see properly. We cleaned it.

Our reservations was moved from one location to this location without our knowledge. The truck we received was very smokey. We reserved the truck a month in advanced and the original location told my husband they had to more trucks uhaul moved our reservation to another location. That was so unprofessional and unfair! We got the impression they did not want to serve us!
The cargo van was very nice. The split view side mirrors where for me uncomfortable. A single view mirror would be better.
I felt like the staff here was the most helpful Uhaul staff I have experienced.

Your vehicles definitely need USB adapters in them for charging phones, Cigarette lighter connections have gotten a little outdated. I ran against the clock with my phone as I used it for GPS therefore needed power during my trip

Unfortunately the truck had a non working Headlight that was reported a few days ago When we rented the last time. It limited are use of the truck tremendously because we couldn't drive it at night The location of pick up was good but the truck was not good for 24 hour rental only for 8 hours the most

Very friendly staff, easy pick-up and drop off. The pick-up truck was a late model and in good condition.
I wanted to rent a van or a truck. But the location did not have vans. So I wanted to rent a truck. After the agent completed the rental agreement, I found out that he rented me a pickup truck, which too small for the job and it was raining as well. Because I was very limited on time. I could not wait to reprocess the rental agreement. As a result, I had to do two extra trips to complete the move and pay for more gas and more mileage. Hope someone would read this comment. Thanks,
I did a reservation online for a 17" truck and furniture dolly. When I got there, the truck was there the dolly was not. The employee called around and found one for me and even went to pick it up for me. Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I hope I don't have to use a U-Haul in the near future but if so, I'll go back to these guys!
$1.29 was to high of a rate.

Please note that this location does not have hand trucks or any other accessories like boxes on site. Very inconvenient when I found out the hand truck I rented wasn't available and hadn't been for some time
Overall the experience was really good right location but the truck was very old and we believe the transmission has an issue so it made it difficult to drive so that truck needs to go

Take time to explain the workings of the van/truck. I could never find the hazard lights or how to move the mirrors (other than manually). Both things were needed.

Equipment well maintained and worked well but not very clean. Pricing changed three times: (1) initial reservation; (2) at pick-up; and (3) when finished. This process could be improved.
A little maintenance on the truck. Hard to start, brake issues.
