Joe R.Only thing i would suggest is keep a consistent pricing. online it said if i went over my allowed mileage the price per mile would be 40 cents a mile. My actual receipt show 1,20 $ for each mile so my total was quite a bit more than i expected. also before renting i didn't know i had to refill the truck myself, so that expense wasn't planned for. all in all the experience was alright.

I spasificly asked to reserve for Herrin Illinois location and they called and said Marion location was the only guarantee for a truck when herrin location had 2 trucks on the lot. I feel like I was lied to because I picked up at Herrin store anyways. Truck was still there. I will not use uhaul ever again or recommend to anyone.
