Internet ad says phone 24 hrs, woke young lady up she states actually opens at 9 am. No office at site. Difficult to back trailer into parking area narrow with dropoff. Some concerns as to what would prevent someone stealing or damaging trailer before a employee arrives from offsite.

Called a few times, no response. It's basically a truck repair / junk yard. I had to walk around to find someone who told me to drop it up front. Didn't look at it for damage. Told me there was no paper work, didn't ask my name etc. I took pictures just in case. It was just a strange sistuation.

I was charged for mileage, gas, and a day late even though I arrived early, brought back with same amount of gas, and was under on mileage. When I call to try and talk tot he location I get transferred, put on hold, and then hung up on.

Truck broke down in Knoxville Tenn. This location had a 26 ft truck, so we took it. People were extremely nice and helpful. location was in the process of being renovated so it was a little hard to find. The people working there made up for it , amazing people. Final drop off place was Lewisville TX Nice place and workers were also very nice.

Get my drop off time and location correct so that I don’t have to spend an additional 40 minutes driving to drop off the rental, even though I said multiple times where I wanted my return and at what time.

The map shows the wrong location for this return location. Beware! Don't go by the map, but call and get directions.

The staff was excellent. This was not the location I selected for drop off UHaul changed my location. I went to the location on my paperwork and noticed my app had a different location.

When I went to the Uhaul site to complete the pre drop off, it listed a different drop off location than the Scruffy City Way. I could not get ahold of anyone at the Uhaul number (I had to wait and wait to get a person to talk to and still didn't get anyone. When we went to the Scruffy City drop off location we weren't sure to go, because I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone on the main Uhaul number and when trying to return it online it listed a different drop off location (so I couldn't finish the online drop off return). The gentleman that we dropped Uhaul off to was helpful, however, if he wasn't there we wouldn't have known what to do. Nobody in office.

The UHaul rep told me that I had a 4-day rental for a trailer for $130 and that if I dropped it earlier than 4 days, it would be pro-rated. I asked that if I returned after 2 days, my charges would be roughly $65. She told me "yes." Turns out this was not true. When I dropped in Florida the next day, they said it was a flat rate no matter how long I kept the trailer in those 4 days.

The place was so busy at drop off that the trailer didn't get checked in until 3 days later which resulted in me being charged for two extra days. I noted this to the suggested reply e-mail address and never did get a response. I finally called and after a lengthy wait and lengthy phone conversation was told someone would respond in a few more days. In the meantime we went back to the drop off location and they made the correction and refunded my money. A lot of hassle on my part.

It looked scary when we pulled up. There were dogs tied up on ropes, and people living in RV's in the fenced in junkyard. I would have been frightened to go to this place alone. THank goodness my parents accompanied me. I am not happy about this entire experience. I would like my money back.

There was a last-minute schedule change between U-Haul locations, and Jeff took care of me to keep me on track for all the downstream appointments. Top-notch in my book- thank you much!

It was a little confusing knowing where to go to find an office. No clear signage.

I went to this location in need of a 12 ft trailer the only one that they said was close was over 60 miles away so I took a 5 by 8 trailer and only 2 miles away was another u haul place that had 5 12 ft tarilers on lot.I would like to have a number where I could call to get the nears locations.I do plan to use your equitment a lot this year.

Jeff at Jeff towing location was great. Had it not been for him I would have cancelled my reservation. The lady kimberly at rutledge pike was horrible. She did not have any answers to any of my questions and thats where I had my reservation. I'm glad I went to Jeff with jeffs towing.

LucernenValley turn in went smooth,personell knowledgeable. We wanted to make a claim for lost time due to towdolly problem but were told that no place on the paperwork or computer allowed such an annotation. Was told by someone we spoke to on 800 # that we would submit our claim at turn in location but this apparently not true.

FROM BOOKING THE TRUCK THEY GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION, I WAS GIVEN WRONG INFORMATION ON THE STORAGE UNIT.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND U-HAUL TO ANY ONE OR EVERY RENT ON A AGAIN

Pickup location was a ways from where i requested to pick up, and i passed several pickup lots on my way there. It was also in the back of a repair yard, and pretty sketchy looking. The people were nice and helpful, but when i saw the place at first, i considered going to a different location.

Equipment was fine, but the location way hard to find, junky and full of "stuff" - hard to get truck out, etc.
