Very professional. Handled my business quickly and efficiently!

The truck was in an unlit front yard out in the middle of nowhere. The truck was filthy, smelled like oil, and had not been swept out. There was mud on the floor mats in the cab, and food particles on the seats and when I swept the bed out I got two shovels of dirt, screws, and oily residue. The tail area had an oily film on it and my loaders slipped several time. I had no choice but to use it as I had hired workers and to change would have cost me money. I also had a major issue getting the needed furniture pads. This experience has made me question using Uhaul in the future. I have used Uhaul three time in the past six months and this is by far the worst experience I have had.

Make it easier to get the key.

Clean the cab. Fill the tank. At the very least let the renter know how much fuel is needed for the trip.

Charged me 3 days instead of the 2 days I had the truck, unacceptable

The online option was difficult to use and this location has very unlevel terrain which made walking on it difficult.

No comments on customer service since I did an after hours drop-off.

U-Haul did not make it clear about dropping off truck. We did not know the truck was due back at 11 am. We were told by uhaul company when we called the day truck was due to be returned that we pull not take truck back after business was closed and we would have to pay $50 plus insurance since we already had insurance on the rental. We found out the next day we could have returned the tru k the day befor after hours. Need better communication! The local person was extremely helpful!
