Truck was very old. Cover to engine inside cab was off and fumes from engine filled the cab with extreme heat. After replacing cover, truck had no heat. Hand truck and moving blankets were missing. Very bad experience and will not use uhaul again. I requested drop off in Saint Matthews and that was messed up and was charged $300. Very up set with the whole experience with uhaul. Hopefully it's just the location that's the problem. I've used uhaul numerous times but after this experience I'll be look at other companies.

Had a vehicle that was out of inventory due to damage because the vehicle promised us was not returned. Didn't get this info until arrival at the location in Orangeburg. Very disappointed with how this transaction was done.

Adrian BThe vehicle was disgusting and filled with roaches. The booking person stated the he BOMBED the truck to kill them before we rented. I have pictures to show. There was dog hair everywhere and old food left in the truck. The rental place was nasty, dirty and HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Darel GEverything was great. Appreciate him covering my reservation when another dealer left me high and dry. However, inside was dirty and sandy if I was carrying moving boxes I wouldn't have cared but I was transporting food. I had to wash it out and squeegee it dry

loretta fThe truck had to be given a boost everytime we shut it off. This was a terrible moving experience. My uncle just passed and I had to move his belongings and deal with a non working truck. The last stop we had to leave it running which resulted in a waste of gas. Gas is already high so this was now a financial burden. And... Why recently have I had to list someone and they be called and verified. This is time consuming. Terrible deflating experience.

Frank WGreen's Auto Sale was not friendly, or courteous. Gentleman demeanor was kind of rude. Service was quick but not friendly. Vehicle was clean & ready. I would not recommend to friends or find another U- haul because of unkind service. Green's customer service attitude needs improving. Two vehicles was side by side one was a Ford truck & the other was a Chevy Truck. When placing the keys in my hand, I asked which truck I was driving customer service told me to press the button. This was not courteous service.
