Have a full tank of gas; we also had to stop twice due to lower pressure warning.

WILLIAM MAKAAFIThe fuel gauge measurement can be tricky and inconclusive as it is difficult to compare what the contract agreement indicates on paper versus what the actual fuel gauges shows. It would be nice to have a more subjective method.
Vincent TongAt 30 minutes before closing I was told I couldn't return the truck b/c the lot was full. Was told to drive to another location...after a 350 mile drive AND unloading a 20' truck.I was not haooy nor am I now.
RALPH MAPLESNot per charge. You took money from my account and I was way below what was charged now I must fight for my reimbursement. wipe out the equipment. I had to do my self. The customer service rep was personable but need to clean vehicle upon return. I shouldn't nee to pay for mileage and days I did not use ..then wait for reimbursement. If that even happens.
DeLaney JohnsonFriendly service, no extra wait, great little cargo van with 6k miles, still had new car smell. Drove it empty from Murrieta to LA, got 27,6 MPG on that leg. Drove a total of 201 miles and got 21,8 MPG average with truck fully loaded on the way back. 8,5 gallons for this whole trip. I accelerated very gently and used hypermiling techniques to get this. Driving normal you will get 15 to 16 MPG.
Rony CohenThe steering wheel got stuck a couple times when going to turn it on, but otherwise it ran well and drove pretty normal. I'd rent here again.

martin vargasWhen I called to verify the truck was available and it wasn't The number for the place on the paper. When I got there they didn't even know the one truck they had wax rented out. Made me very nervous when planning a move. But they were very friendly once I got there.
janet licitraIt took forever (over an hour) to get the truck. There was only one guy working, and he had to deal with the customers, returns and pick up. Plus the truck wasn't clean so the guy had to clean it, adding to the wait time. My wife said she reserved the truck in Los Alamos U-Haul, but my pick up notification was at Adams St. Did they switch it? Because we always go to the Los Alamos location. It's quick, ready and no hassle. Not going back to Adams St location again. We still have to rent a bigger truck to move our stuff soon.

christopher cummingsI was unable to secured my belongs inside of the Uhaul truck. The latch where the lock goes was bent. I was unable to insert a lock into the latch.
Shawn Hackettwhen I called to get the final charges they advised me that it was $165 and some change. About 2-3 weeks later Uhaul charged me an additional $105 and some change. When I called to find out what the $105 charge was for, I was told I would get a return call from accounting because the lady in customer service was unable to see what the charge was for. I never received a call from anyone so I called again a week later and was told again that someone would call me back. Again, I Never received a call back. I then had to go through my bank to dispute the charges which was a headache. Almost 4 months later my bank advised me that the $105 charge was accurate; it was the mileage charge. Now that is fine, however I would of liked to have been told the correct information from the beginning when I called to get the total charges and they told me it was only $165. then to add to it, no one ever called me back. it was very poor customer service on your part and I will not rent with your company again!
cynthia terrellThis location had computer issues which took an hour to correct resulting in a long wait time. The staff were nice but seemed inexperienced and had to call the Owner or DM. Might recommend this Uhaul if they could solve problems a little faster- maybe use manual contracts while computers are down.

John HayesThe location a was told in the email to pick up from was the wrong location. I had to go els wear for the truck. I was told to call about getting a 50 rebate and when I called I was pritty much told to screw off. I will do what I can not to use uhaul in the future.
