Needs cleaned up inside a bit

Verify conditions before making available the trucks. My truck didn't have a full tank but the contract page said it was. The guy at the desk didn't care about my concern.

We started out with a 1/4 tank of gas and we refueled to that and when we returned the truck we were charged a $30 fee and $14. For two more gallons of gas. Then I was charged for furniture pads 5@ $5. a piece that I never ordered and were not in the truck. I also ordered two furniture dollies and was never told they didn't have them. I will never use U-haul again unless these charges are taken off

Office is filthy & a grey pall of smoke hanging in the air. The man behind the counter was rude and snide from the first sentence to the last. The trailer had to be cleaned out due to the disposable styrofoam food containers littering the inside. The only enjoyable thing about the experience was the sweet little dog curled up in the corner.

Location is great but I declined safe trip coverage on my online reservation but was charged anyway. I hate using your online reservations. EVERY time I've used it, there were errors of some kind. This is unacceptable & has nothing to do with the locations.

It was not clear on website that ramps are not included on 10' trucks, which was the reason I rented in the first place. I stopped back by center to inquire about it and was treated rudely and offered no alternative.

Our first truck we got assign to us did not turn on the battery was dead, the guy wanted to jump it but finally gave us a different truck. Was not the cleanest atmosphere. Truck was very clean and work great.

Very easy online check in. Vehicle was ready upon arrival. The return was just as easy. Glad to see U-Haul using tech to keep the experience welcoming.

I scheduled pickup for my truck at 0700. I was able to sign in online and get my key just fine, but the vehicle they gave me was completely blocked by 2 other trucks and a dumpster, so I wasn't able to move it and use it until the location opened at 08:30. The man moving trucks did not acknowledge my presence whatsoever. I had to approach him and stop him from moving other vehicles that were not in my way to actually move vehicles that were in my way so I could rush to get my moving done 1,5 hours later than expected. I %100 will never rent from this location again and I would highly advise others to use a different location.

First drop off location was no longer available but we drove around for 30-40 minutes trying to locate it and finally called U-Haul. I thought I rented furniture pads but they were not in the truck.

The location is great. I've rented from them before. The app is horrendous… one of the worst that I've experienced Every time that I have used it, things were all messed up or not reserved at all. Customer service was unacceptable on the corporate level this time. Took numerous calls just get the pickup time changed. We won't even discuss trying to change a date. I experienced gross incompetence with more than 1 agent. Finally got a good one who got it right and gave me information that the others neglected to share. Now I just got an email saying that I had changed the pickup date and THAT was never done. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Perfect location. A little difficult getting a 20 foot truck onto main street with traffic. No issues other than that

Location too small for equipment. Manpower is probably the least friendliest person I have ever met!!!

The agent was quick and professional, The price was very reasonable and the truck was clean and comfortable.

Truck was pretty dirty up front in the driving area. Guy who works there is not the friendliest. However, both times we called the number for help/questions with our rideshare, the customer service reps were very friendly and helpful. We were pleased overall with the experience.

The attendant was incredibly inconvenienced by me renting a U-Haul. It was an absolutely poor experience and when we move again we will definitely consider all other options.

We reserved a truck and an appliance dolly. When we arrived to pick up the trunk, we were informed that an appliance dolly was not available. This has happened to me on two different occasions (two different rental locations). I needed that appliance dolly and not having it made the move much more difficult as were were moving specifically, appliances. I had to make other arrangements at the last minute, rent a bigger truck that had a ramp, costing me more for the rental and extra fuel costs. I most annoyed and in the future will avoid Uhaul if at all possible.

Everything was perfect right down to the office mascot. Great service, great truck, good value.

Put the gas back to what the gauge said and still got charged for 2 gallons, passenger seat belt buckle jammed, passenger couldn’t use seat belt

Online rental service did not go easy. Website was unable to complete my check in at the location. Had to switch to regular check in. Store owner here was completely unwilling to assist and was very unpleasant to deal with. Small dirty location which much to be desired.

Although the location had the requested equipment at the requested time, the employee running the location was short and rude with every customer.. Additionally, the parking lot was overly small and poorly maintained.

Worker at location was not friendly and left as I was returning the truck. He told me to park the truck in front of a food truck sitting on the lot. After I did so, the food truck worker asked me to move the truck, while claiming that the man working the drop off location was racist.

The worker was rude, used foul language, and was not kind in his interactions with other clients as well as me. Additionally, I was finishing cleaning out the back of the truck, and told him I was going to, and he began to jump into the driver's seat and reverse the truck into me without even checking to see if I was out of the way. Poor experience, poor service.

The office is filthy!!! The trash outside running over and the salesman was not friendly at all. We where charged for 55 miles and didn't drive that. We where also charged a after hours fee because uhaul was closed when we returned the truck. This was all after being told our truck was in one location and then having to come across town to this location because they did not have the truck that was promised.

Terrible location the guy that owns this place has a horrible attitude and was not a good person to deal with and as a customer I rent a lot of U-Haul items. This location is so small it is not even funny nowhere to even move or park a vehicle. Someone from U-Haul needs to inspect this location and make a decision on if it should remain a U-Haul location.

The truck cab wasn't even cleaned out before us. There was still trash in it. Also there was no sort of confirmation on who we were, which makes me feel like anyone could have strolled up and taken our reservation, or this could happen to anyone. Also billing issues.

I dropped off my rental right at closing time so used the drop off after hours feature. I cannot comment on the staff as did not have any contact with them. After using Uhaul trucks many times, I feel this Uhaul was very small and unorganized. When people who are not used to big trucks or trailers are trying to park them they need a larger or more organized area to do so.

Truck was dirty and the location is small as in difficult to maneuver and the parking lot needs to be paved. The parking lot was muddy and uneven.

How did I get charged for 2 gallons of gas, yet my whole trip was 6,5 miles? There is no way it gets 3 miles/gallon and they just added bs fees

Parking lot is not paved and at an dangerous angle causing the trailer to move during hook-up and unhooking. The ground angle is so bad that when you lift the trailer tongue on to the ball, the back of the trailer hits the ground before you get the trailer tongue high enough. This was so bad that the owner had to make me help him lift the trailer tongue. He also didn't bother to check the brake/turn signal lights. He just pugged the electrical harness in, said I was good to go and walked off?!? In all honesty this owner is too old to be running this franchise and he has no hired help. I dare you to rent from him with out knowing that its Uhaul corporate, and see how he acts and responds for your self. Also this isn't the first time I have rented here and have had the same experience.

Horrible experience with this location. Had to go outside because room was filled with cigarette smoke. Man was VERY rude. Will not go back here.
