John SThis was not location we should have got our uhaul. We had drive 25min our way for this. Although the lady at this location was very nice very helpful and appreciated.
Alanna KWe dropped the truck off after hours
STEVEN BWanted to drop equipment at Waskom, TX where I was going but u-haul on line would not give me that option even though there is a u-haul dealer there. The only other option close was 8905 Greenwood Rd. Greenwood LA that is just a dirt parking lot. No personnel, no office, just a drop box for keys. No one to assess that there was no damage, note that all extra equipment was returned ie dolly and moving pads. If they are stolen out of truck before someone checks the equipment in I have no way to prove that it was all there when I dropped truck and I did not keep the equipment. No name or number to contact on key drop box. Was not impressed with u-haul total electronic updates. My text confirmation said follow the link if I wanted to turn it in by phone which I did not but had no other choice but when I followed the link it only asked questions as if I was broke down some where on side of road. It gave me no option to turn in the equipment by phone either. .
Paul BRep was late getting to the site. Couldn't access my information to check me in so I decided to do it myself with the app. Not that friendly, kept needing my drivers license photo over and over. Couldn't reach someone for help, Site representative didn't have the correct code to get into the lock box to get the key. Finally an hour later, I got the truck. Uhaul also didn't advise me until the day before that the only 15' truck available was 20 minutes away! Lost a lot of valuable time loading and driving. My time is money!
Paul WThe Greenwood Venue where I dropped it off was not open (planned) - the online dropoff process was great - only drawback was I had blankets and dolly in the back and didn't want them to get stolen so I left my lock on it and attached the key to the truck key when I dropped in the box - but it was really great that I could drop it off when I wanted - I'm out a cheap lock but that's ok.
Robert MThe drop off location was closed, we did call the customer service dept. as we were dropping off our trailer and they were very helpful with the completion of the drop off.
