Do NOT select a return location for the customer. Our biggest issue was this Eugene at the 800 number he/she was condescending and rude, when we asked questions we were told we could be charged thousands of dollars and never answered our questions then hung up on us when we asked for a supervisor.

Customer service was great. BUT I turned in the truck after hours and when I received my bill THROUGH EMAIL, it was WAY MORE THAN I CALCULATED!!! I PUT THE GAS BACK IN THE TRUCK & got CHARGED 4 THAT!!!! I'M IN HOLD NOW CURRENTLY 16 MINUTES AND COUNTING...Current bill $114 for moving 1 couch from 1 apartment to another locally!!!

So I like that this location is open later on Sundays. But the office is hard to find. Parking is hard to find. When I first arrived to pick up the keys I had to wait for the dealer to come out of a back office for 5-10 minutes.

I would recommend a U-Haul hand Dolly to help maneuver the trailers into tight spaces show up when needed. Overall I received excellent service at this location.

The lady who checked us in made it a below average experience. I had to go to the gas station next door for some reason and when it was my turn she started the process and then kept helping other customers before me, I realize she was short handed but she helped 10 customers before me and wouldn’t process my paperwork until I complained. I was in the process of moving and on a schedule and it was very rude and she got irritated when I complained yet I was there before all the other customers she helped.

Trailer did not work, had to get another from other location. Did not explain how to open tire well to gain access. Springs were worn out to the point that it was impossible to gain access to car (tire on trailer prevented opening of door).

This U haul was Located at a convience store where we talked to someone over the phone to secure the truck. It was difficult to do it at this store with no verbal credit card privacy as convience store customers came and went making noise adding to the difficulty and our credit card privacy loss. The interior floor of the truck was muddy and a headlight glass was pebble rock punctured and the headlight glass was broken but it did work for us the entire trip -thankfully ! The truck was an awesome mechanical champ coming up the mountain hills to Payson Az pulling a car trailer. It worked perfectly. The oil condition percentage concerned me at 14% and it stayed on 14% the entire trip - so I question if that oil sensor was working. It was easy to drive but I didn’t like the mirrors or the lower blind spot mirrors. They aren’t adjustable. Not good.

They were wonderful except they said they would resolve the pad count, took our payment, then did not resolve it so now we are being billed so i would not recommend them. I will never rent from uhaul again because we told your phone team about the pads and the drop off location said it would be adjusted and now we have to hassle with you over it when the drop off location left them in the mud instead of inside the truck which was unlocked.
