Make sure details are fully explained such as how much money it's really going to cost. I was blinded when I got an email from U-Haul this afternoon about a new charge on my bank card
christopher sThe truck had one functioning windshield wiper. It had a message indicating low tire pressure and there was another indicator lit up on the dash that I could not identify. I question the dafety of this vehicle. For the price and paying for every mile, this truck should have been pristine.,,I only needed it for 28 miles- I would have thought U Haulvwould have waived at least the mileage charge if not more. I will not rent from U Haul with these issues again.

Joanne HThis convenient store employee was limited in the English language, and I had a hard time explaining to him that I wanted to drop off the truck. He thought I wanted to purchase gas with the presented key (although they do not sell gas at this location). He told me to come again another day. Finally, he found an English-speaking woman (not sure if she was a manager or co-worker), who understood what was happening. She asked if I could back the truck into a very crowded place in the small parking lot. This was a challenge for me, who sometimes can't back a car into a parking stall :-). But with a friend's navigation, that task was accomplished. (Glad I purchased SafeMove for the parking experience!) Perhaps better training for the staff, or some type of alert that can't be missed that a vehicle is on its way? My move was successful, and all's well that ends well.

Carol CTook a $79 hold then charged another $65 when the website quoted $45. Barely used 10 miles of gas. The tank needle was still on Full.

Chris SIt seems like the computer system is glitchy. I had to give the man all the same information that I had already entered online. This took an additional 10 minutes and seemed redundant and a waste of time.
Cameron BI had to drop off at this location instead of my originally selected drop-off location because the other location was roped off and had multiple police vehicles around it. Thankful to U-Haul to let me drop it off here instead.

connie wI was charged for services I didn't request or receive (pads and a dolly). You're on line ordering process is complicated and slow. Too much of a pain to deal with you. Won't be renting again

Kimberly TI picked up the truck there. the equipment need swept out and had blankets in it. My perception was that the gas gauge was not correct. Then i picked up a trailer at another location. and it ended up equally as bad. He hooked up the trailer, but it did not look like the diagram on the truck. Then we he entered the truck that was being hauled he could have explained it would not fit on the auto transport trailer.

BRIAN BSandi does a terrific job at Grizzlie Mart in Wadsworth! Always very accommodating and very helpful with what ever I need. I have rented many time for various needs in moving my family, friends and work items. I HIGHLY recommend renting here!

Anthony Mtow dolly dealer says it is customer's job to install and connect the tow dolly and not his job as dealer.

glenn fThe fuel pump was going out. We drove from Ohio to North Carolina and had to pull over several times because the truck was having issues. Our normal 10 hour trip took 13 hours. The truck was not clean. The service engine light was on. They didn't have the truck ready for us we had to wait an hour before someone who knew how to get us in the rental and he didn't go over the reservation before running my card for 40 more than what I agreed to online.
