Actually, this is the worst moving experience I've ever had. I paid almost 600$ for a one way with a truck that almost didn't start because homeless people siphoned the gas out. I picked it up from a very shady side business not a legitimate Uhaul dealer lot which was not in a great area. My charger plugs were broken so my phone died mid trip and I couldn't contact anyone. Then I was given a limit on mileage that didn't cover my trip and was charged for being over mileage. The lady where I returned it managed to get it refunded but that didn't make the experience any better. Just a very unprofessional and misleading business model and I couldn't recommend it less.

Mariyam SThere was trash in the front console. The gas tank was below empty. The dolley was not secured properly in back and was banging around as I initially drove. They did not have a dozen furniture blankets. The ultimate problem is they were not there when I returned 2 hours later - and then charged me for 2 days use of truck and other rented items. Very Unhappy!!

Dwight MOrdered a 20 foot truck at one location was called a few days before no trucks at that location moved us to one 30 min from our home. Day before they "Upgraded us to a 27 foot truck very difficult and a gas guzzler. When we went to pick it up the location was a lock box and all the gas from the truck had been syphoned! We told a person in the "Office" but he never reported it and there was trouble when we dropped off the truck.
Andy HHonestly I never like to leave bad reviews but from A-Z this was awful. Pickup took 1 hour and they added insurance which I rejected, they indicated far more fuel than vehicle had and MOST important they changed my drop off location to 30 min further away! I dropped off truck and went inside and attendant said just drop key in box, which I did. Then when I went to check out and report my return the form asked for images and details. I had already dropped key in box as requested!!! Yes everything was done poorly, all of it
Sevag MI didn't get the dolly I requested. Also, when doing the checking online, be sure n you remember your password, there's no way to reset it m if you can't log in

Tried calling the number it was the corporate number no one to talk to it said leave a message then we called another number and spoke to Devin who was very helpful telling us he could help us we had no idea there were lock boxes with the key in it and you needed a code we should have been notified in our confirmation email so we would have known we wasted alot of time trying to figure this out this was not good especially cause you could not get through to anyone. we were very dissatified with uhaul

Chaminda DGas tank pipe was caulked I was unable to pour gasoline in the car I ended up stopping on the freeway no gas tow U-Haul car with my furniture inside I had a horrible experience
EDGAR AEverything was good. My only complaint was the length of time on the phone to check in when I brought the van back. The site was giving me some problems on line and I had to go to the chat line but it all worked out! I will be checking my receipt later to day and get back to you because I do have paperwork I don't know if you will need. Thanks, Terrence Schonig
Terrence STruck was stolen from location aftet we left it. Thete is no doubt this is a inside job if yrue. As investigation of latge companies mydrlf for 43 years. Too much was slippery. This is why we had two wotnesses and pictures.
linda pI had to remove the trailer off of my own vehicle because the store employee didn't come outside for over 10 minutes. Also this location overcharged me by 200 which has since been corrected.
AARON SThey were not a standard U-Haul location, very hap-hazard. Would have preferred to have been a stand alone facility.

Charles YI am very happy that circumstances allowed me to rent from this location. I am not happy that I was sent to this location because the uhaul location next to me refused to take my rental because they wanted to rent a truck multiple times a day instead of to me for the day as is the rental contract for 24hrs. I am also not happy with the fact that the location I picked up my rental was not properly informed of my request for a uhaul.
