I was told to return the van with full tank so I did. However, I received the van with only a 3/4 full tank. So it seems I overpaid and U-haul will not reimburse me. But I'm sure if I returned it with only 3/4 full tank, I wouldn't been charged for not filling the tank. This does not seem like fair business.

JAMES LThere was no indication of where the truck should be left. There was basically no room to put the truck anywhere without blocking the storage entrance or the facility entrance. It appeared that the truck was supposed to have been left inside of the storage unit area, but no access code was provided and there was not a single person on site to assist despite being within an allowed return window.

James DThe truck i rented seemed to struggle with shifting gears. The RPMs would spike high before the gears shifted. Might be worth making sure there isnt a transmission issue. Otherwise wonderful and friendly location. Easy pick up and drop off. Truck was clean.

VICTOR SOne thing that would have been nice to know was that there was a button that needed to be pushed when traveling with the truck empty. The tire pressure light was on the entire time which was worrisome. Everything went fine but I would have liked to know about the no cargo button. It rode much better when it was depressed.

Cornelius Vunjust fuel charge applied during my recent truck rental. I drove only 8 miles, yet I was charged for 4 gallons of fuel, which is both unreasonable and unjustifiable. To make matters worse, I verified the fuel gauge before and after the rental, and it did not move. The fuel level was slightly below the mid-line when I picked up the truck, and it remained in the same position upon return. Additionally, I returned the vehicle within 2 hours and attempted to drop off the key, but there was no one present to assist so that I could show them the fuel gauge. Based on my experience I would not rent or recommend anyone.
SHANKAR PThis location has gate access and at no time were we given the gate code. I called, but since they were closed I was sent to voicemail. I called the next day indicating that we'd be dropping it off that evening and was told we'd be charged an extra day. It was very frustrating to not have the information ahead of time, drive extra miles, buy extra gas, and then be charged an extra day.
