The service was great and very easy to return.
Johnny VI was charged on 3 different cards due to a system error. I hope the charges fall off.
JASON DConducted a self drop off in the parking lot so I had no interaction with this location. When staff called me the next morning they were not very polite though.

Wesley HI'm talking about Temecula location when I return the truck the guy was a dick I was asking questions because I wanted to be crystal clear on how I was going to be billed he acted as if I was bugging him and as if I already knew the answers he was demeaning he was a young dick!.. a cocky asshole

Griselda KI was given equipment that was dangerous. There was a problem with the gas tank and instead of checking it out the person working at the location said it was fine. Also, the hours make it difficult for talking to an actual person. Furthermore, when I talked to customer service I spent over an hour on the phone and just went and circles talking to the same three people who couldn't help me with my problem.

Jeong SThis will be the last time I use uhaul. The fact that I only have the option to pay 1,39 per mile when moving is ridiculous. I will be using alternate moving solution in the future.
DULCE PThis was the BEST experience. The manager there was incredibly personable and friendly, the faculty was brilliantly clean and decorated for the holidays. The Uhaul displaces were immaculate and tidy. An excellent experience. She even offered us bottled water.
BARON RThere was a heavy downpour overnight while we had the truck in our possession and therefore some leaves and some pedals and debris were on the hood of the truck. Those are unforeseen and God-given circumstances yet I was charged $25 for returning the truck "unclean". I didn't want to argue with the lady so I left and noticed I was charged despite my argument. If you check my phone number 951-973-3034 you will see that I rent multiple times per month, per year. This was an unecessary charge m. We were diverted to this location because our main spot didn't have the truck for two days therefore I was sent to this other location, which I will not use ever again

Mark EI felt the Uhaul truck was a decent price. The lady that helped me when I picked up the truck was pleasant but I was a little disappointed when I returned the truck and she accused me of putting in a dent to the side. Although, the day before when I rented it, I brought her outside to report the damage that did not have a sticker on it. The next day she accused me of doing the damage. Kind of seemed like she was attempting to get money out of me fraudulently. Not right!

DONALD JTank was 1/4 full driving on a slight uphill, truck stalled (ran out of gas within 5 mile. Was able to get truck started again and went to gas station. Seems strange for truck to run out of gas with 1/4 tank showing on gauge.

JAMES HDue to getting caught between 2 escrow closings, I needed to extend my contract repeatedly. I was shocked to learn that each time the insurance was also re-charged. That was never clearly explained. I expected the $40 per day. However this insurance charge seemed truly excessive, adding an additional $400+ to an already unexpected expense. This issue in no way reflects on the great service provided by the Guava Street staff.

VANNARY MCheck in for us was a nightmare.. after driving all day we had to get our granddaughter to help us check it in. We would have brought the truck the next day at 9 am when they opened but we were told if it wasn't checked in before 7 am we would be charged another day. Not sure I would ever rent again.

Niki DHad issues with the truck mechanical. Didn't drive it for the second day I had it. Because location was closed and could only do drop off where they were going to charge me a $20 convince fee. Called they said they would be able care of it, then charged me for the 2nd day anyways. Even after telling them about the mechanical issues and having to pull over. Not a single discount was applied won't be using this place again.
Rida GI would have to say the best part of my experience was the friendliest staff member that help me out.
Clifford BAdding info on where to leave the keys from the app. We found the drop box but unless you see it there is nothing telling you where to go. They were closed when we dropped it off.
Jason FGet your online people and customer service booking staff on the same page. I spent over 2 hrs and 6 different people to get this truck rented Luckily your actual on site people are friendly
Steve BThe dropoff location I was sent to was actually closed. The PostalAnnex at the corner of Woodland Pkwy and El Norte Pkwy is not open on Sundays but according to the UHaul records it should be. I don't believe this is the fault of Guava Street Self Storage. I called several numbers and was able to get a UHaul representative to help me.
