This was a great location for us for drop off and after some struggle with the AP we were able to check the vehicle in so all good.

Took over two hour to get my truck released. I had made the reservation using a foreign livence but Uhaul 24/7 Self Service failed to recognise the licence at check in

24x7 return - could be more specific about where to park the truck.

Have the truck available at the location of the reservation. Giving me a $50 credit only covered my ferry fare to get there and back / huge inconvenience

The place is more like a junk yard than a storage facility, but the process was smooth and the truck clean and a pleasure to drive.

Gullucio Storage is a dump. Used by some "tenants" for their "business development" the place is essentially a junk yard.

I was charged $5 for furniture blankets that were not in the truck. I wish to be refunded.

The truck was fine, but U-Haul was terrible! It took 1,5 hours to get the truck keys and 6 representatives to get my reservation correct. We were also overcharged by about $55. I will be calling about this.

When i called the contact person for drop off for directions he said i couldnt drop a 17ft truck there...he took it anyway as it was on my contract. Need to straighten this out.

I used the self check in and both the pick up and return where easy and it is such a nice amenity when you can just pick up a truck anytime you want.

Perfect perfect service! The brakes did not work very well but everything else was perfect!
