The lady that worked there asked me when I picked up the trailer if I knew how to hook it up to my car. There was no one there to do that for me. Later when I left she asked me to take a picture of the hitch. When I returned the trailer the next day at 8am, it didn’t appear that anyone was there. I unhooked the trailer putting it back where I got it from. The trailer rolled down the hill and struck a vehicle behind it. I tried to put a chunk of concrete under the wheel when I unhooked it, that did not stop the trailer from rolling. After the accident happened the lady runs out the office and said, why did you not knock on the door. Then she asked me if I purchased u-haul insurance. I told her the insurance was never offered. I have been renting trailers and I always take the insurance. This location is a disaster and I regret using it.

PETER JLocation was fine but I was left with a completely EMPTY TANK of Gas. I was supposed to have been given a credit and then be able to return it between empty and 1/4 tank, but they ended up charging me for not returning it above 1/4 tank. This is all on top of the fact that the day before the pick up U Haul changed my pick up location 3 times and the final pick up location was not convenient.

U-Haul has never failed to provide me with excellent service, but my most recent experience on August 16 at the 6188 Bermuda Rd., Ferguson, MO 63135 location was especially memorable. A BIG shoutout to the wonderful staff member (BRIDGET) who assisted me with such a warm smile and positive attitude! 😊 She truly went above and beyond by surprising me with an upgrade from a 10-ft truck to a 15-ft truck at the same price! 🚚🎉 Even though there was a technical delay with one of their units, she handled everything professionally and made sure I was taken care of. Her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service made my moving experience so much easier and less stressful. Thank you, U-Haul, for another great experience—and especially to the amazing staff at the Ferguson location! You made my moving day even better! ❤️ Highly recommended! 5/5! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
