Richard AAbsolutely the best moving experience I've ever had. The folks that run this outlet were so helpful and friendly. They made a stressful experience much easier to negotiate.
PATRICK M1.Took over 1 hour to pick up through app. 2. Truck unsafe and not roadworthy. Had to wait 99 minutes for mechanic who agreed not roadworthy. Turned truck over to towing co. Was stranded and had to have wife drive 90 minutes to pick me up . Had put $90 gas in truck and drove 26 miles No credit for gas. 3. Am being charged approx. $147 for truck unsafe m, not roadworthy, and unuseable. Had to cancel appintment for item to be picked up that day. 4. Inside windshield had to be cleaned to enabke seeing. Truck dirty. Very dissatisfied with UHAUL. Cannot recommend.

ED SThis location is very convenient and the staff very friendly. The truck I picked up however was very dirty and had used blankets all over the back of the truck. There was also a long pole in the box as well.

Long story short - They were closed upon pickup time and manager wasn't even in town nor did he care that I counted on getting g the trailer and this left me in a lurch. The location on Hutton was a life saver and accommodated my reservation quickly just minutes before closing.

It won't change the fact that u-haul is an unscrupulous, customer scamming organization, but it may help deaden the sting of this reality for the next poor moron who uses your services in good faith.

RANDOLPH CThe Ubox is a life saver for moving across country. Pack, stack, load and off it goes all safe and sound - no mixed van loads. Way less expensive than traditional movers. You can get extra strong arms to help scheduled through the system for local assistance on both ends of the move. We used a trailer for the immediate need packing (bed and such) then were able to decide when we were ready for the Ubox to arrive on our own schedule. Every person we interacted with - live or on the phone - were informed, well trained, courteous, and quickly made sure we had what we needed on our schedule. Aynne Morison Oregon to Maryland move.

Sheila FCheck-in process using the app was long and laborious. Many items (e.g., photo of ID, etc.) could have been uploaded in advance. This would be particularly helpful for locations like this one where cell phone coverage is limited.
