The experience was incredibly frustrating. I would recommend everyone to avoid the 24/7 truckserve service. The appliance dolly that I ordered was not in the truck, instead just the standard dolly. Making my move more dangerous. The app kept crashing when taking photos to return the truck, it was very frustrating to photograph the truck inside and out from all angles more than 5 times. Luckily I guessed the key return lock combo, same as the pick up. It was very unpleasant doing all of the work for a unaul employee and paying for it!

I’m not sure how it can improve it was so easy customer service was kind helpful he even pulled the seat up so I could reach the gas pedal and the brake pedal Thank You

no real issue with the drop off other than they charged us for going over our mileage. I said even though we gave you more gas than what you gave us and she said that maybe they will credit you some money, but she couldn't guarantee.

There was no indication of where the lock box was. The app process was long and laborious. Sometimes steps had to be repeated and things were not clear.

The provided padlock was rusted and unable to be opened. The truck locking mechanism for back door was in need of service as it was difficult to open and close.

Uhaul has come a long way from greasy mechanics in a messy shop with piles of paper to sign. I went in expecting the past and was amazed by a totally digital phone enabled, 2 minute pickup process in a clean, bright reception area. You guys and gals have come a long way since I last rented!! You might want to message that it is easy, clean and fast to rent a UHAUL.

The 15' truck had 104000 miles, what made this a dangerous rental was the transmission (truck woukd downshift to first gear every time I applied the brakes- just a little bit! So dangerous when traveling 40-50 mph and a loud knocking noise coming from the front of the trunk.

Don't lie about the fuel level. It was NOT full and yet I was to leave it full? Why give me a truck with the warning light on.

We had ordered a dolly with the truck - and the charge was put on my online order. When we arrived, there was no dolly in the truck and no dolly anywhere on premise. This was not indicated on my order at all and we had to go to Lowes and BUY one. This was and is unacceptable business practice. The dolly charge was even still on our order and if it was not for the helpful person at the desk of Hacienda Storage, we would have paid it. It took us 45 minutes to rectify at the location which made us late. The people at Hacienda were very helpful. The U haul site and company, not so much. I don't recommend them.

My drop off went almost perfectly. The only thing I can think of that would help is to have a sign to more clearly tell where to go to return the truck keys.

Night and day over DeJesus in Norwalk. They cost me an extra hour of wages for movers since they were not open. Hacienda was very professional

The airbag light was on, the truck was extremely dirty, and the night Dropbox was locked. Overall, pretty terrible experience.

I dropped the truck off at six o'clock in the morning. The drop box was sealed, so I couldn't leave the key in the box. I left the key in the truck. They still charged me for another day. These people are not helpful at all.

I had reserved boxes, and paid for them. When asked for them I was told they were not available. I had to go to Lowe's and purchase them on my own.

the wifi service at that location is weak so it was difficult to pick up & drop off the key for the vehicle when the place was closed

They were very disorganized. The pads and hand truck weren't in the vehicle and when I came back for them I was handed an armful of unfolded moving pads - only about 5 and not the 12 I paid for.

The padlock didnt work.I could not view my receipt online…Not really happy with uhaul anymore…This is 0 for 2 at 2 different locations.Things arent terrible but they are not perfect either.

The Spanish lady was really helpful and very friendly. She went above and beyond trying as much as possible to help every single customer at the same time. But it feels like she was the only very so working on that location. I needed a hitch attachment for my truck, they don't have someone in that store for 3 months. She also tried to call different locations in the customer service just to help me. But we find out they don't have anyone in 100 Miles area!

It would be extremely helpful to make the dimension between wheel wells available on the website. There is a statement that the cargo van and small box trucks fit a queen size mattress which is 60" wide but the distance between wheel wells is 52,5".

Please inform customer to start check out process when they pull into return location, before handing over the key ( either to U-Haul rep or drop box); since a picture of the odometer is needed to complete the return. Also, location rep should complete/ start check out procedure at time of return.

UHauls storage area was clean, but drivers area was dirty, dusty, and full of fog hair. Pickup process was difficult, b cause lock was too high for an average woman to read while trying to open. I finally tipped the sign to the ground and was able to open. Uhaul dial in staff were wonderful!

We could not find a drop box for the key so I had to call a nearby uhaul location who told me to put the key under the visor.
