Gentleman at the counter was nice and courteous. The van was so filthy and smell very bad, like sewer, almost made me throw up. One of the tire was low.
Jung K.Truck was a disaster. The cab smelled like cigarettes. The back of the truck was filthy, dirty with construction debris and smelled like fish. I had to clean the truck out myself. I made a complaint to customer service 3 days ago and I'm still waiting to hear from regional manager, which it seems like customer satisfaction is not his number one priority since it's been 3 days and no call yet.
Melissa A.The only thing I would say is that dealers should take a more careful approach when it comes to simple things like making sure the tires on all the vehicles are always up to snuff and not just counting on U-Haul's Road Assistance program. It's better for both the dealer and U-Haul in the end. It will save time and money and create a better atmosphere for customers.

Barry G.I already have recommended it! My rental experience was simple and easy, EXACTLY the way it should be. If I reserved a van using their website… it's easy believe me. The office is very clean and the gentleman who assisted me twice was helpful, patient, and kind. The van itself was new, clean, and the AC blasted 略â„ï¸ Initially, I loved that the van had windows in the back, but the partition interfered for me. I had to get used to that, as well as the split view side mirrors; they seem like progress but still undecided. I will use this Uhaul location again

MICHAELP JR Z.The van was absolutely disgusting. It smelled terrible and it was full of trash and the fuel tank was nearly empty when we picked it up. The proprietor demanded that we return it with the tank at least a quarter full. All in all, it got the job done, but it was a nasty and unpleasant experience.

ELIAHOU Y.Everything was okay until the very end. I had to keep the van longer than I expected, but fully understand it was something that I kinda messed up. I saw more money was pulled out of my account, that I can only attribute to U-Haul. When I returned the vehicle, I was not given a reason, even after I explained this issue to the office. I still have no idea if they refunded me the deposit. I was told an email was sent, but have yet to see it. It may be there now, as I just saw this text, but I never got an email alert as I normally do.

Ossama A.I picked up the car with not full fuel level but in contract it was mentioned to be full. I return to the customer service and show them. They help me to do dispute. When i return the car , they charge additional 20$ for gas. I call them and explain situation, they said that they will fix, but nothing was fixed. Also there is no dispute was done in the morning. Not honest customer service.

Michael V.I order i van with dolly. Confirmation approved. When I came, there is no dolly there. Representative said, that they are came to the end. Nice, why I decide to choose this location? Maybe, to take the van with the dolly? It looks good, that they have the van! And I had drove 5 miles, but you charge me for 15! Customer support via phone didn't respont! It's really the honest experience ever - we won't give you proper service, we won't give you the equipent you need, and we will charge you with triple amount for the mileage you pass!

FERNANDO M.Poor customer service the reaction and expression is as if they don't want to help you the keys were given to me and I had to search where they parked the van as if I knew where it was parked at had to walk almost around the entire block not understanding that I am on the clock after I walk out the store and not to mention upon returning its like just give me the keys and get out of my face. This makes you not want to use U-Haul with that kind of service.

Judith F.The windows of the car were open, the seats were wet, the inside of the car smelled of vomit. That's why after picking up the car, I took a long way to go home and had to buy a towel. It cost me extra time and fuel. So my schedule was delayed and I left the car 30 minutes late. But the receipt you sent me said I was 150 minutes late, so you charged me 50 dollars more. YAVUZ K.Clean your vehicles inside and out. Parking is horrible. you have to park in the street so parking is very limited.
Joseph G.The truck had a very poorly working ignition lock. At some point we could not start it for 10 minutes. Only after scary wiggling of the key in the lock we were able to start it.
