Yahya S.I don't think this has something to do with this location. We declined the Safe Move Coverage at time of online reservation with U-haul. However, we found out we were still being charged when we received the receipt. Very disappointed. We reported this to U-haul and hopefully this can be resolved. Will update later.
Jun Z.People are like sheep - they will always go back to U-Haul! Never ceases to amaze me. The vans and trucks I have rented over the years are basically ALWAYS filthy - but they run, and it's a good business model. So, it's pretty clear you are never going to enforce a policy of CLEAN vehicles being the standard. This van rental had plastic forks strewn around the seats, and two soiled, plastic soup container lids on the floor. Found a spent vape cartridge rolling around, and candy wrappers in the door compartments. That's just the driver/passenger compartment. The cargo area needed a good sweep before I could load anything in there. But when all was said and done - my job was completed.

Eteri M.Truck was clean. The check engine light was on. When I tried to call to tell them I got a recording. When I returned the truck I told the gentleman, he said not to worry as long as the truck was running and if it didn't just call road service. Not a good response.
CAROLL S.If the car is dirty when you pick it up and you report it to U-Haul, do you still have to do the cleaning for someone else? The reason being is that even if you didn't mess it up, you're still paying the cleaning fee instead of someone else.

Aleksandr L.1. I reserved a dolly and furniture pads and was told that this location doesn't carry them. Should not have been allowed to reserve if they aren't available. 2. I drove 30 miles and put in $10 gas a block away. I read the gauge to be the same as when I picked up. Was told that there would be an additional $4,75 charge for not having enough fuel. Didn't bother arguing as I needed to get to work. There was enough in the tank, I shouldn't have been charged.

GARYG O.I arranged on the website to pick up at this location and drop off somewhere else. When I picked up, he informed me that I had to return to same location. I told him that I set it up on the website to drop off at another Uhaul site, but he said "that is Uhaul's website. This is my truck. You return it here." This was very disappointing and very inconvenient. The tire maintenance light was blinking from the time I picked it up. When I clicked the link to notify UHaul, the link had expired. I was not notified of the updated charge to my credit card after the change in destination, and I hope I do not have any more problems when I do receive my credit card bill.

Esra K.When dropping off, the receptionist first said "Okay! it's done" and "no confirmation receipt" when asked. He also return our u-haul contract papers back, when asked, that we had gotten when picking up the truck. I called u-haul company to confirm and was told record doesn't show that I had dropped off. So, I asked the receptionist again and then he said he couldn't fill out the drop off form without contract papers (even though he had returned them). So not sure what he was doing. It was very confusing experience.
