Rented an auto transport. The hydraulic trailer brake did not function at all even after filling the empty brake fluid reservoir. Was a very scary experience.

Disappointed with U-Haul's Mileage Charges I recently used U-Haul for a simple in-town move, expecting a straightforward rental process. However, I was shocked when I was charged for 83 miles-nearly three times the actual distance of my move, which was only around 30 miles. Despite my attempts to clarify and dispute the charge, I received no satisfactory explanation or resolution. Transparent and fair pricing should be a priority for any rental company, but in this case, U-Haul failed to uphold that standard. For anyone considering U-Haul for a local move, I strongly recommend carefully tracking your mileage and reviewing your charges before finalizing payment. My experience has made me rethink using their services in the future.

Anytime I have rented a uhaul,there was always plenty of gas,however I didn't like the fact that the gas tank was almost on E.I don't know if this is something new or not and I did bring the truck back on half a tank.Is there a credit for this?

I rented the vehicle on Friday the 23rd. I was told to return the van inside of the yard and place the key in the Key box. However, the key had a fob on it, and it was not able to go into the site. I called U-Haul and was told to leave the vehicle where I had parked it and take the keys and put them in the glove compartment and lock the doors I did so I received a call back from this office Asking me why I lock the keys in the glove compartment. I was also informed that the vehicle was 1995+ the mileage and also plus insurance which I don't believe that end up right .

I asked for receipt etc for my check in but was told that they could not do that or similar statements. Apparently after a call to U-Haul customer service I found out that the check in person wasn't there at the time. The office person could have told me that. They weren't very friendly or helpful.

I always receive great customer service at this location. I've had to patch a few tires, purchase tires and rent U-Haul trailers. This location is my first choice when in need of these items.

Staff is nice. Truck was very clean. The rented appliance dolly did not work well. Loose wheels and broken strap. Barely worked.

Pick up and drop off were easy enough but dash covered in pollen (which was horrible for my allergies, lol) and interior light was not working.The rest of vehicle was clean and in good shape. I would rent from again but hope pollen and interior light were a simple oversight. Everything else was good.

The truck could have been swept out prior to my rental. There should have been a better explanation the my rental was located in the parking lot at the adjacent property. When I arrived, there was a 15ft truck parked where I was expecting to see my 20ft truck. I had to call customer service before I was finally told that my truck wasn't at that location, but next door. Also when checking in, the website kept telling me that I was in the wrong location. The location map showed me in the correct location but it wouldn't accept it. I finally reset my browser and logged in again before it gave me the option the grant the website permission to use my location. I wasted over an hour with the whole process.

U-Haul cart reserved not available but offered to rent me "their own" at higher price? U-Haul sent me to a location farther away than my request which I chose for their reviews and hours. There were at least 6 locations closer than this tire store. This location closed at 4:00 on Friday and closed Saturday! Brought truck back at 5:00 and it's considered after hours. Nice cashier, but not professional. Usually no problems with U-Haul in the past.

I went to return the uhual truck and the gate was closed, I called the business and was told to open the gate and come in so I did. I asked where to park the truck and was hung up on. When I went to give the key to the young lady she acted like she did not want to be at work that day and not to mention the truck was not checked in until the day after.

It's a Mom and Pop tire store so we did not expect the location to be inviting. It was reasonable for a tire store.

This establishment is wonderful. I have rented from them many times and always was completely satisfied. They are polite, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone renting a UHAUL truck.

People working here were very rude. I asked about a appliance dolly that I paid for that was not on the truck and the lady that works there said I should have known they didn't have one and that no uhaul locations have dollys. When I went in to get the key was again told I did e check in and I had to explain to her that I still needed a key to drive the truck. Overall just bad customer service at this location.

H and B is performing top-notch service with all their customers,; there is nothing else they can do. Each of you give service with a smile and ALWAYS satisfying your customers! I have observed them with other customers and we all feel good about the service that we received. I declined the additional insurance coverage and was charged for it anyway. I was also charged an additional fee afterwards with no explanation as to why. It wasn't for gas because I made sure to return it with the same amount that was in it when I picked it up.

Manager never got up from their seat, and simply wrote a note on our paperwork for receipt of the trailer, without making a copy or keeping any part of our contract. We were left to find any place we could to drop the 6x12 trailer off, and had to lift it off ourselves as they had no help there. To put it mildly, this was extremely frustrating based on my back issues, and my wife and I being 70 years of age. Never again!

The lady manager was very polite. She helped with the rental procedure explaining everything. She is very polite and I would definitely recommend this rental location.

This place only has one spot to park a truck and if there's one already there is nowhere else to park it. If they are going to do the uhaul business they need to open up more parking somewhere for after hours drop off. Plus you can't get a hold of them or uhaul to see what you need to do. Poor customer service.

Location is full of mosquitoes. Not sure if it's the tall grass or the tires that may have standing water, but we all got 6+ bites in just a few minutes. It was horrible as we are all still itching days later. Staff was very pleasant and helpful but I cannot recommend the location.

I knew that we would exceed the mileage allowance and requested and additional one hundred miles, that the agent is allowed to give, and did not receive it. I had to pay for the extra miles when I returned the truck.
