Telecia MMy only complaint is not with the location. I had to drive 20 more miles to a pickup different from where I reserved and 2 hours later than my pick up was reserved for. U-Haul did upgrade the size of my truck and comp the miles. It threw off my schedule though. I had to change the time for my hired movers also so in the end it cost me.
Jerri SFirst of all I reserved the 26 feet on June 19,and the day I came to pick it up it was not the one I reserved it was just a mess 🙃
Connie RBefore suggesting the amount of miles used have a conversation with the customer about their plans. In addition, make sure the customer has an easy way to reach out too u-haul if they rent over the weekend and realize they are going to use more miles.

Charles DInstructions poor. Looked for lock box on the truck & didn't see one. Happened to open the unlocked door and they were under the seat. Have communicated 3 times that the equipment I requested for rental was not in the truck, including the day of rental, yet I was still charged for three nonexistent equipment.

This was supposed to be the attending manager???

Hope PI was late dropping off at this location. I called to ask about additional charges and I was told it would be $40. The next day I was charged $168. Lady who answered was also rude. I guess it's a requirement to work at a uhaul location.

Richard RTheir system was down so they couldn't give me a confirmation that my rental was completed. I haven't received an email or phone call about getting my money back on the equipment not included in my reservation. The mobile drop off was hard to do because of the cold weather and rain. There was no covered area to park the truck to not be in the rain.

Margie GThe facility did nor have any of the supplies I ordered for the move. I ordered a utility dolly, furniture dolly as well as regular dolly. Upon entering the truck the smell of marijuana was very over whelming. I told the agent and she came out to wipe the seats down but to MO PREVAIL!!! I as diagnoses with asthma and COPD. THIS REALLY TRIGGERED OFF MY ASTHMA. I AM YET RECOVERING FROM THIS FLARE

Norman HThe truck had an exhaust leak and needed a muffler replaced. Was not taken to the truck for an inspection. The person just filled out the paperwork and told me it was the only 20 foot truck parked in the facility. That is why I did not refuse the truck due to the loud exhaust. Did not realize the fumes would come in the cab until after loading and traveling to destination.
francis bCustomer service was terrible. I was spoken to rudely and was NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY I OVER PAID for mileage. When I ask about it she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I've never had this issue before. The previous owners of the Wynne location were always sweet and professional.

Katrina DAfter our first trailer broke with a bent axle and bad tires, we went to this location and unfortunately, the trailer they tried to rent me also had ruined tires with the rubber worn down and the steel belt clearly showing through the tire. Uhaul needs to do a much better job of maintaining their equipment. We ended up in Forrest City, and that Uhaul and your employees there were helpful and were able to get us a new trailer that was in proper working order

troy mI had to unhitch the trailer by myself and hurt myself. I was expected to back it into place when I had no experience doing so. No one offered to help in any capacity.

WILLIE CI was over charged on the mileage! I made them aware but never recd a response back! IT SHOULD have been NO MORE than 115 miles and I was charged for 225! THERE IS NO WAY.
