The trailer performed great and everything was fine picking up and dropping off the trailer. My only concern was that I got a text message yesterday wanting to know when I was returning the trailer and I had already returned it 4 days ago which indicated that something was wrong in the return process. I reserved the trailer for 3 days and returned it in 2.5 days.

KRISTINE WTruck was not clean inside or out. Back had over 2 gallons of stone and gravel in it which meant I needed to clean it for my use. When I spoke about it after It was returned it seemed like they really didn’t care. Will think twice about using this location again. In the past I have use U-Haul in Springfield and will Most likely do that in the future.

DONNA NI returned the trailer outside of business hours on a Sunday so I did not have any interaction with the personnel at Handman Rentals during this visit. However, I have had previous experiences with them and have always received excellent customer service from knowledgeable and courteous staff. It was easy to back the trailer into a parking spot as I had plenty of room to maneuver it and the lot was well lit. My only suggestion would be for them to remove the weeds behind the trailers and spray for bugs as my kids and I received several bug bites as we unhooked the hitch and walked around to inspect the trailer.
SHIRLEY FPassenger tire was bald, axle was leaking, they also call and wanted dropped off at different location and a day early. Partial refund?

MICHAEL KI request 2 to 3 weeks in advance a 20 foot truck, 12 blankets and an appliance dolly. The day of retal was told they didnt rent 20 foot trucks. I was told uhaul did not get the blankets or appliance dolly to them. I was charged for a 26 foot truck. I had to go to a different uhaul location for the blankets and appliance dolly which of course takes up time that I was needing to use to load the truck. They are a very nice staff at this location.
