The starting odometer reading was wrong and i was charged for 35 miles when only drive 20 KM. Also the odometer does not even show up on the dashboard - only the range does. Very disappointed..
Hooman SThe previous renter was late to return(not locations fault) but then the amount of time it took to get the keys in my hand was ridiculous and the language barrier was challenging to navigate. I was hoping for a quick pick up, instead it took almost 30 minutes and then I had to pull over after I left because I wasn't informed I had to take pictures to complete the check in. Would definitely not recommend this location to anyone
MYLES VThis was an hour away from my booked pickup location, which was changed the day before. I had flown in from Toronto to Abbotsford to drive my daughter back to Ontario. So I had to take an Uber to the new location. I was compensated $80 for this inconvenience. The Uber was $50 and the extra gas in the truck and the time it wasted, it was not enough compensation.

Mehdi OIt was first time I use self check in and check out and totally it take more than one hours because of locker and tried to drop off truck on U-Haul centre and drop key to box same as I did in the past but the app did not allow me to it at there so I had to back same location I pick truck from there so I was so uncomfortable.
Kourosh TThey only thing I didn't like about this location, smalll parking lot. And I don't like they estimate the charge. Last time at a different location, I rented the truck and once returned, I paid the final amount. Merci.
Hollie JI was running late and didn't have time to put gas in the van. I only drove about 25 kms. They charge me $25 for gas and $30 penalty, a total of $55! I was not impressed.

Vlado LThe cargo van I rented was so dirty inside and the windows were dirty as well. There washer fluid tank was empty so I couldn't even use wipers to clean the dust from the front window. Besides, the van did not have any U-Haul signs on the body.
