Make sure all info to pick up at this location is communicated to the renter. I had to ask customer service how to access truck and pay on line to get key from lock box.

You made me and the kids smile even though our car broke down your patience made our day brighter
KIMBERLY DWhen trying to return to this location, I was told by staff that they don't take back vehicles and I'd have to go to a different location. Luckily the other location let me know I'd receive a wrong location fee and advised me to just self check in. This location SHOULD NOT be allowed to be affiliated with U-haul at all!
