I was charged 7 miles over. I was original texted for a drop off point that was 7 miles away. Then I receive a call and online it showed Harbor safe which is 20 miles away. Had the drop off stayed to the original i would not have paid the 7 miles overage.

Misty VWould recommend installing tongue jacks on your trailers. Had to call for help to get trailer unhooked from truck. Elderly folks no able to lift trailer tongue weight.

Elizabeth MTruck was in terrible condition . The driver side door was so bent it has a 1/4 inch gap you can see through. The vehicles mechanical condition was even worse. It was so bad, I was concerned that the truck would make it and not leave me stranded on the side of the road or worse. My trip was only about 65 miles each way. I have rented many uhauls over the years and this was hands down the worst. I will not use this location in the future and will seriously consider using another rental provider.

Robbie GI dropped the truck off after they closed and it was dark. Getting out of the location was not easy. The signage needs to improve and the Woman that was there was not very friendly.

Kirk RI called to confirm that the truck was ready for pick-up at the agreed time and place, and was told that it was not there-- but in Ocala, FL, a 2 hour drive from where I live. I called the main ph. number, and they said it was really at a location about 5 miles from my home. So, I called that location, and they said someone was currently driving it up from Spring Hill, FL, about 45 minutes from my house. I told them I would run an errand and meet them at their office then. So, I show up, and there is no one else there. I called the number for the office, and the rep says that the truck is there, but she is out driving her car for some reason. This location has only ONE person working there. Of course, it took a while for the rep to return. I think anyone with any common sense would see that this is a terrible business model, and there is really no genuine customer service at UHaul.

ROBERT LCall in a sick day. Personnel had the croop was in hospital several times and came to work. Cough all over us and gagged and choke so bad she had to step outside and then came back to finish our contract in a 8x10 room. Give your help the paid sick days they need

James Idropped truck off at 4pm on the 31st of July and truck wasn't checked back in till the morning of August 1st it didn't change the bill but its the point of the matter they had an hour to check it in but didn't what would have happened if it was due on the 31st? lady made us move the truck to where she wanted it typically the other place I've dropped off at they just check it in where you park it then they move it where they want it

Shawn AWhen the reservation is made, clarify the trailer dimensions. I rented a newer model a couple weeks ago that was taller inside the trailer. This one was an older trailer and had less overhead room. Other than that, the rental was a smooth process and the drop off was simple.
Steven STried to overage until they called uhaul. I had a copy of my rental to prove price. Slow as molasses getting the rental. I returned unit on Sunday (they were closed) which is fine. On Monday, I called to confirm return approx 3 hours after they opened. Was told they were too busy to checkin my rental and would get to it. After hanging up, low and behold, the email came in saying that they checked it in. Woman was rude. Will not use this location again.
