Jaime VI was using the 24 hour process, and spent 30 minutes trying to do the online check in. Weak cell signal and slow process, it was dark so it is hard to get clear photos for processing, so eventually the man in the store came out and did everything. I do not recommend this location for the 24 hour process. However I would use the counter option again.

Maria AOur original pick up location was Stowaway, in Phillipsburg. Driving to/from Harmony Hardware added over 20 miles to our total mileage, which unfortunately added to the total expense.

Steve PDue to a delay in the moving company's arrival, this drop-off location was no longer open when I returned the truck, so I had to use the 24/7 self drop-off service. My last experience with 24/7 self drop-off at a different location was NOT good as they claimed I returned my truck late when it was actually 3 days EARLY. But that's what you get when no person is there for return of your truck. So needless to say, I was not looking forward to self drop off again. At this location, there was not a clearly designated parking area for my 20 foot truck, so I spent a lot of time trying to decide where to park that wouldn't be in the way and that I wouldn't experience problems with U-Haul for. Eventually, I just parked in the front of the building where it would be obvious that it was returned on time. Aside from that, this location was fine and self drop off was pretty straight forward. I haven't heard from U-Haul, so I'm assuming that means everything went smoothly.

Gregory PUhaul is nothing but deceptive advertising. I would never recommend! Lowes or Home Depot are much better but a friend recommended the $19,95/day but nearly $100 for 29 miles! Never again!

Dennis MLocation was great however the online check in process was a disaster. The website gave an error when trying to retrieve the key. We spent close to 45minutes on hold or talking to chat with U-Haul to sort it out. Chat representatives gave us the wrong numbers to call (one told us to use ealert, another said it was not an ealert issue). We were finally able to get in because the owner of the hardware store was very helpful. Pick up location is great but U-Haul service was a bit disappointing. Would suggest not using the 24/7 mobile pick up at this location.

joseph kThe interior windshield was rather dirty. The film make is more difficult to see when conditions are challenging...moisture, rain, night, sun glare, etc.. PLEASE clean the windshield on occasion.

Jason ZI felt like the truck needed some service. The experience and service, as well as communication was 5 star. The truck itself just felt like it needed service. It was bucking and hesitating and just felt a little off, however my experience overall with this for the third time was 5 star.
Mark AHe never asked if I wanted the safe trip insurance when I pointed this out he said "what do u want me to do.."and laughed…"call uhaul see what they tell u. The truck…. The windshield top area was taped with celephane tape… not sure if that was to keep the window in or or the rain out…. I drove this vehicle 16 miles your truck computer said 12mpg …. One would think 2 gallons of gas would be enough… I had to put 3 in to get it to 7/8 u need a better way of tracking gas use!!!! Total ridiculous experience… this man has no idea what customer service is, he knows he is the only game in town and doesn't care… take it or leave this guys motto.
JohnD WI would recommend the location for the store and the older gentleman only. Uhaul uses bait and switch when a person makes a reservation. No more service from me.I end up paying more because I pay by the mileage!!! You give a close location and then a farther location! I'm paying $2o more just picking and dropping off the truck!!
GABRIEL RI was supposed to pick up my U-Haul from Drake rentals but they overbooked the truck so I had to go to Harmony hardware. I am not very happy about the situation. I think I should be compensated in someway. Maybe some money taken off the bill for mileage. I am very disappointed thank you very much Steven Dandrea

louis fLied about our mileage because I used to work for his son and he overcharged us. The bottom was falling out in the truck because there were screws missing. He's a well known asshole in town and if I knew he was renting these out I would have never got a truck from him.
Kaitlyn TThe truck I picked up was old and raggedy you have to retire that vehicle the dash inside makes a noise like someone is living inside it, the driver side window creaks like it's going to break any second when you hit bumps and the brake warning light flashes on and off while your driving. Talk about sucking something dry

Had to wake up in the middle of the night (11:45pm return time) to return a trailer that was supposed to be returned the following morning. Highly disappointed. If I didn't look at the paperwork before going to bed I never would've known and would've been charged
CHRISTOPHER CThe truck was old and had incredibly loose steering. It wanted to drift all over the road. It should have been retired by Uhaul earlier for safety reasons!

PAULWILMINGTON SThis location was not our choice, after going to the original location and finding out there is no one there we called the Uhaul costumer service and they weren't able to help us at all, this location is 45 min away from where we live. The original credit card that was put in the system wasn't able to go through for some reason. And after all that when I came to start the truck- it didn't start. The buttery was dead and the person in the location try to help. We started our move at 12 pm when if Uhaul would be taking care of things it would start at 9:30 am. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the costumer service, the quality of the truck and the overall experience. We were promised after not getting our truck in the first location to get $50 refund and extra miles, please make sure the refund goes to the card that paid and not the card that is online.
