I rented the truck Saturday for ONE day. Returned the truck at 10 am and was charged for three rental periods. Will not use uhaul again unless partial refund is given.

I had very little interaction with the facility itself because I was able to return my truck outside to one of their associates and I was on my way in about 10 minutes. The person who helped return the truck was super nice and she was very friendly. If you do have a big truck to return to this location take the second driveway when it is on your right side. :-)

Unfortunately, the fuel level that was marked on the contract, and what the older gentleman told us (I have two witnesses) was different. The truck had 3/4 tank of gas when we left Harpers lot. My only mistake was not taking a picture of the mileage and fuel indicator before I left. What a racket

We arranged for a 24/7 pick up that was changed to a hand to hand without our knowledge. When the location manager showed up, she said someone else had taken our truck. She refused to let us rent the other trucks on the property bc they were reserved for much later in the day. Finally someone from uhaul forced her to give us a truck. We were now over 2hours behind on a very tightly scheduled move. This was not the location I selected an was forced to change, it will certainly cause me to rethink using uhaul again.

We were told that we could return it at the paris location, when dropping off there we were told no we could not it would have to go back to winchester. After dropping off, I received the receipt and was charged a fee of $88 for insurance that I put we did not need.

Had a pretty good experience overall. Except when I was billed they charged me almost $40 more than quoted. I never excepted the insurance and it was put on my bill. Will handle that when they open monday

I used this location because uhaul gave me a discount. The place was several miles away from the place where I unloaded the truck.

I had a reservation made at least a month in advance to pick up the uhaual at a closer location to me and the day before pick up they called and said they didnt have one at that location and that I could go to the above location at 8am and there would be one gaurenteed. It was 20 miles out of my way and when I get there they didnt open till 9am. The cab and back had not been swept out I didnt put it down on check in because I had already lost an hour and didnt want to take pics. I had to clean it myself! The truck even had a engine light on and a rough idle. I have rented alot of uhauls and this was a terrible experience of customer service!

Someone should have checked us out as to proper truck operation. Fortunately, we had ad professional truck driver that drove it and knew what to look for.

The lady that waited on me acts like she doesn't know what she's doing. She isn't professional either. I've used uhaul at this location a few times but this lady is rude.

I know for sure I did not add insurance coverage onto my rental, yet they added it for my own good. I have the money to pay for the trailer if there were any damage. I will not rent again from here. Lost a future customer for $8.00...

Vehicle wasn't at the half way point when we left the facility. The lady informed us she would make it on our file and thats how we had to bring it back not to worry. We brought it back where it was when we left and had a charge of $23 on my debit card.

There was nothing wrong with the location. Your mobile pickup and drop off system is the issue. It's terrible.

I returned the equipment as I was instructed, not told anything about a self return process on my phone and I was charged 2 days for my equipment that i had 12 hrs. Not a good feeling. I spoke w/customer service and he fixed it after reprimanding me for not doing my check out. or at least he says he has I have not seen it yet or got an email saying I was being refunded, so I guess we will see

They should explain better when someone is getting a U-Haul about the price because I wasn't and I thought I was just saying the $29:99 and refill the gas's up wasn't to about anymore money they taken $100 off my card

This is not a location comment, rather more of a UHaul comment regarding roadside assistance and what to do if a problem occurs while driving. There are no spare tires, so you can't really help yourself and the conversation about roadside assistance was less than comforting if something unfortunate were to happen.

I had scheduled my pick up at 8am with 24/7 truck share and the location never set it for that so I had to way another hour and a half to pick up which pushed my entire moving plans off schedule. Terrible experience.

Nobody was on the premises at the time of drop-off, 3:57 pm. Had problems with the U-Hal app processing my return. According to your customer service representative, the rental truck GPS showed the return as being several miles away from the drop-off location even though I did not pull up the app until I was on the lot.

Your corporate 800 number customer Service representative (Gayla)was HORRIBLE and that is putting it nicely! VERY RUDE, UNWILLING TO HELP, I ask for the manager and she stated it was her, then her supervisor and she would have to take my number and have someone to call me back.!! Promise would not be charged more but was!! Blamed me for not reading an email, text, or phone call that I never received. This doesn't have to do with the location so much as it has to do with the overall service. I went to pick up the truck and when trying to do so, you needed an extra contact. I totally understand that, but why wasn't this verified when I scheduled the truck? Also, in the midst of doing the automated system to verify another contact, a couple of chats were initiated and when the contact didn't answer the phone immediately the first time, the system didn't give enough time to resolve the issue and had to stay the whole process again. Also, I was charged for an appliance dolly but there was not one in the truck anywhere.
