Have the original truck they ordered two days prior there at the location when they're supposed to be there, with the right equipment. I had a 20 foot truck with 3 dollies and furniture pads ordered on my contract for 296 dollars, somehow for a 10 foot truck with no dollies, and no furniture pads, I still had to pay 247 dollars and fill it up with gas, of which I did not use all of. I'm very upset at this and will be writing another letter to you all and leaving a bad review on google as well. Because somehow HALF a truck that was originally agreed upon along with no tools or pads is only equivalent to ~50 dollars of difference.

lewis holmbergThis was the my worst experience ever with this company. The lady with the short dark hair was extremely rude and racist. She started yesterday when I went back to get the keys and sign the contract after making a reservation on Wednesday, today she didn't even want to give me a receipt for the return and even charged me for coverage when I had already declined it. Didn't go outside to check the truck or nothing almost felt personal but I don't know this lady from Adam. Safe to say I will not be back at that location ever. Never been talked to or disrespected like that in my life. Merci.

I would use this location again if/when I need the products or services they have available. I was a little busy at the time but I would have liked to have had an extra 15-20 min to take a walk through their Pawn shop.... it looked really nice!

Tim PriceThis location was not responsible for the damages this van had. One of the back tires was very low on tread and the sides was beat up. I only used this van for a short move. I had to fill up to a quarter tank when the gauge was on 1/8 when I picked it up. Same as paying the $30 charge for bringing it back below 1/4 tank.

Veronica PointsIt wasn't swept out by previous user. Had bits of glass in truck. I swept it out before returning. Also post what you are charging for gas. I returned the truck on the same mark but was charged $26 for 5 gallons of gas. Penske is cheaper by the mile so next time I will go with them because of this gas charge and your mileage cost.

ron catchenThe staff at Harpers never smile, and I always feel like I'm bothering them when I check in to get a UHaul. I won't be visiting this location again. They also charged me for 3 gallons of gas. I made sure there was more gas when I checked in than when I picked it up. This business doesn't need to be a UHaul dealer. They are a poor representation of U Haul Corporation. When I called and ask today about the additional charges they told me tough luck. Never again. They are so unprofessional. If I could give a zero review I would.

I would love it uhaul had a system like rental cars that the truck is full of gas when you get it, so that you can just fill it up when returning so you don't have to guess how not to give you $20 of gas that I didn't use.
Robert CaummisarI rented the truck Saturday for ONE day. Returned the truck at 10 am and was charged for three rental periods. Will not use uhaul again unless partial refund is given.
Leann MathenyI had very little interaction with the facility itself because I was able to return my truck outside to one of their associates and I was on my way in about 10 minutes. The person who helped return the truck was super nice and she was very friendly. If you do have a big truck to return to this location take the second driveway when it is on your right side. :-)

The truck had 3/4 tank of gas when we left Harpers lot. My only mistake was not taking a picture of the mileage and fuel indicator before I left. What a racket
Diane TreadwayWe arranged for a 24/7 pick up that was changed to a hand to hand without our knowledge. When the location manager showed up, she said someone else had taken our truck. She refused to let us rent the other trucks on the property bc they were reserved for much later in the day. Finally someone from uhaul forced her to give us a truck. We were now over 2hours behind on a very tightly scheduled move. This was not the location I selected an was forced to change, it will certainly cause me to rethink using uhaul again.

Robert CaummisarWe were told that we could return it at the paris location, when dropping off there we were told no we could not it would have to go back to winchester. After dropping off, I received the receipt and was charged a fee of $88 for insurance that I put we did not need.
