I was quoted a price for 120$ I was charged 220$ plus another 50$ from the service center I picked up at. The truck provided was nearly empty when I picked up and I had to provide fuel.GLENN K.

COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE HOURS TO PICKUP AND WASN'T INFORMED I COULDNT DROP TRAILER OFF NEAR MY HOME AND HAD TO DRIVE 30 MINUTESRoy K.

I was scheduled for a pick up and the man who called me and confirmed it said someone would be there to help me. No one was at the location. So I tried to get the uhaul through the phone where you can pick it up digitally by yourself. It would not work, so I had to wait on the phone trying to get in contact with uhaul for over an hour, where they told me I was not in their logs and they don't have the size truck that was originally confirmed for me. So I had to get for 5 feet smaller. After they finally getting the online system to work for me. I got off the phone and began going through it only to be told the reservation had expired. I had to cancel that reservation and make another one while on the phone again with uhaul for 30 more minutes. The location I picked up from was unprofessional by telling me someone would be there and not showing up. Uhaul's wait times are too long for people sitting in front of locations trying to get a uhaul to move their home. I had movers waiting on me that I was paying hourly and I lost a lot of money because of picking uhaul to help me move my things. Not to mention, I was charged 25 $more dollars than my receipt said with no explanation. I emailed to ask why, and no one has responded. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone. I should be getting a refund for the terrible experience.Orlan B.

The gentleman that was helping me was very nice, even with the added stress of the computer and credit cards being down. I stood in line to rent the Uhaul, and then when I went pay the credit card machine was down and had to go get cash for deposit. It made the check in process over a hour! It was not the gentleman's fault but it was annoying.Jennifer H.

The truck windshield has gunk on it - it was gross. The truck drove terrible, it was all over the road and got terrible gas mileage.richard S.
1. The rental provider pulled up a different customer's contract and nearly gave me a much smaller rental truck, until I brought this to his attention when he showed me the truck in the lot. 2. After the rental provider found the correct contract, he discovered that the utility dolly was already rented out, leaving me without one. 3. The rental provider was nice enough to have the utility dolly taken off of my contract because it was not available, but this required that he start a whole new contract. 4. After I examined the truck, I discovered that the truck had several preexisting dents (understandable) and a broken driver's side door lock; I could only use the key on the passenger's side door and ignition, not the driver's side door. 5. I just now realize that I have been charged twice for this whole mishap (143,10 $ and 132,50 $). 6. The rental provider was a pleasant guy, but the experience was awful, especially considering that I was supposed to rent the UHaul truck from a different UHaul provider (Dawnville Pawn & Trade, Dalton, GA). Because the previous renter never returned the truck, my contract was transferred to this provider (Harris Service Ctr, Dalton, GA).Milton B.

I normally have a wonderful experience renting from you. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to help me and I was the only person in the office. I finally got the rental and it didn't have a hand truck in it, apparently they were all rented out. When I got to my destination and opened the back of the truck it hadn't been cleaned and was full of roaches. I had to go buy a bug bomb and bombed it before I could even start moving. I mentioned it to your rep and he ignored my comment. I was very disappointed with the service I received at this location and will never use it or recommend it to anyone else.Yolanda K.

I already left one review and this is my second. The shop manager called me after I gave him a review. He literally said, â€œyou already gave me a 2, so I'm calling you back to figure what your problem is. The reason is because it's what a busy shop looks like.â€ If someone could talk to this person about how terrible his guest service is, that would be awesome. The worst guest service experience I have ever had in my life. Please do not call someone after they have just moved to interrogate them about why your shop is disorganized and unprofessional.
